Not comparable. you are comparing a 85-100 hours + baldur's gate like RPG game with a real tactical view and rather positive if not gloryfying press reviews and a great potential to be replayed.

That had a gamplay so easy that the only thing you had to do was just keeping the first line intact and everything else didn't minimally matter (and maintaing the first line was a non-issue since you had aggro abilities without swarms).

You could create an artificial nightmare difficulty with three/fourth time the vanilla nightmare difficulty and still there was neither an hint of challenge just for the motive mentioned.

BG in gameplay was much more similar to DA2 than DAO. Same can be said about ToEE or either Ultima.

to a 50 hours brutal action rpg/ Hack'n Slasher with tons of technical and gameplay issues that was torn appart and denied by press and most of BG and DA:O players.

A) Maybe you should stop playing in Casual difficulty
B) There were many more gameplay issues in DAO than DA2. One I already mentioned (that was huge as a mountain), another one is that the back lines had the same durability of the first lines (even more in some cases) and so on. Sorry, but - as it seems is usually the case for DA2 detractors - you have no idea of what you are talking about.
C) It is torn apart by bad mouth word of people that know absolutely nothing of what they speak about (as you) and still insist they know something. The press actually spoke very well of it and many either consider it much better than DAO in many aspects.

note that I've played all BG 1+2+ext

Maybe you should play them a little more if you really think that DAO had a gameplay even remotely simiiar to those. Try to remember: did Edwin ever run in circles trying to avoid damage as a mage in DA2? Did it ever happen in DAO?

Completly irrelevant and off topic to my point, being that it's pointless to compare 2 completly different games. I will still reply to some of your points.

A) I am a friendly fire guy I am sorry, I am playing nightmare / hard difficulties (yeah I did drop down to hard on 2 or 3 encounters when I failed to refresh my potion stocks) , so you can drop the obnoxious "OMG I am too leet for a 14 year old "condescending tone.
Besides who on earth goes for solo offline action RPG for the difficulty / challenge Oo, you should go for a ranked pvp games and talk down to guys beneath your ranking you seem to have a mouth for it.
Who on earth takes a Role playing game and puts emphasis on difficulty as his sole or primary argument to compare two immersive games.

B) Can't say I have noticed annoying gameplay imparing flaws or targetting issues, painfull camera views, depsite my 160 hours on DA:O and two caracters 21 guess I was just lucky or that they weren't annoyning enough to catch my attention

C) Maybe if you weren't making wild assumptions on how I play I would give a rat's ass about your opinion.
I am sorry I hurt your fanboy feelings, by being awfully mainstream and finding the game you love neatly inferior to Da:O.
It's failed to be epic, by much (DA2 12/20 DA:O 16/20 IMO), it's my opinion (and many famous test magazines / sites/blogs ) live with it, or moove on.

As for the challenge I laughed (it's just not  aggro+ damage mitigating+ healing based anymore), how can a BG (eventualy an ADD player) fan caution ridiculous amount of spawns (honestly I've killed maybe 4 times the whole kirkwall population) they are just throwing buckets of  mobs (parachuted or climing out of pots and jars or 20 inch tall bushes) without bothering to atune /balance anything, overpowering knockdowns, weak CCs, killing all positioning strategy , making sole strategy : impro on the fly, with heavy DPS (2handed tanks beating enemies to Pulp instead of really tanking them) as the real choice on high end gaming against expected classical healer / tank line ups :D. I too can make a game difficult by locking you up in 15 square meter room with 4 hungry dragons and calling it nightmare. Then 5 minutes later you walk in a fight wich is ridiculously easy and you feel like checking the difficulty switch, this up an down difficulty shows lack of monitoring / testing. The only real challenging fights encounters are with 2 lieutenant  rogues (or 1 boss and 1 lieutenant), difficulty drops dead when you spread out your teammates and aoe them out of the shadows, you'll notice that they are immune aoe for 1 or 2 seconds and passed that delay they are prey to mindblasts and spirit pulses.
Then if having Merill and anders run around in circles after a whole unit poped out of the blue right on their location despite having no entries near where you asked them to stand  (mobs jumping of the nearby roof 30 feet high in plate armor) is your definition of challenge, making terrain stategy, and thouhtfull positioning, base of war strategy since antiquity fairly useless... Then yes this game is Daunting and challenging.
Not to mention ultra scripted WoW-like bosses with easy phase stategies that are just teadiously loooong and repetitive making them in the process extremely boring encounters.

How can we talk strategy with no strategic camera view anyway.

"The press actually spoke very well of it and many either consider it much better than DAO in many aspects" European press wasn't  nearly as kind as US press, and everyone I know with high standards and functional eyes deny this game to be BioWare worthy. Note that I do find many isolated elements of the game "sparkling" or "charming" and this only makes me sad when I look at the overall result.

Dragon Age 2 scored 12/20 by jeuxvideo.com, against  18/20 for Da:O.

In fact the first metacritiks were so bad that Two BioWare employees have been busted for writing perfect Dragon Age 2 reviews to enflate the overall score.  article

"Defying all expectations, BioWare
managed to take one of the most memorable Western RPGs in recent history
and completely destroyed everything that made it so good."

"I can honestly say I had hoped for
more from Dragon Age II. Considering Bioware have a history of nailing
their sequels, I can't help but feel this was handed off to their
reserves developers as the big guns work on Mass Effect 3. "

"Here lies a perversion of the original Dragon Age. Shedding anything that
made it special, leaving it devoid of a soul and presenting the bare-bones minimum for this game to be functional. Repetitiveness lazy level, enemy, and quest design all make for a mediocre game... "

But all these people are probably stupid ignorant ill mouthed people who don't know what they are talking about.

Dragon age 2 does help us realise what would have been Mass Effect 2 if it had been badly made. Nothing more pathetic than overprotective and shortsighted fanboys discrediting anyone who speaks in a negative light, of their "sacred" game.

My best regards
