HEY, i kno u all prob heard about this b4 but i really need help. i bought the Dragonage collectors ver and using the same email and pass as i do in the game i can not redeem any of the Exclusive GAME ITEMS lik the blood dragon armor or shale or anything  else! =( ive tryed tch support and it dont seem to work right. im losing time cause it Expires April 30,2010. Plz let me kno wat i could do if anyone found a way to redeem the items.

I just got dragon age yesterday and tried to get the blood dragon armor but it said my code has already been used but i bought the game new, anybody know whats going on?

My game constantly freezes now as of this weekend and my download content (shale and the armor) have never worked. Tech support has been trying to assist me but I am just unclear if it's my account that is the problem or a larger issue.

Okay, so I'm on my PS3 and I try to download the free Blood Dragon Armor and the Stone Prisoner DLC. Unfortunately after I redeemed my codes the automatic download did not start up. I checked the PS3 official game "support" on Chris' quote yet it only seems to show what to do on the PC. It says nothing on what you should do if the download does not automatically work after you redeem you codes. Please Help Me!

hi i just recently bought this game but the promo codes wont work i bought it new but the codes are out of date any chance of any1 hitting me up with some codes that work so i can get the stuff i paid for

why does it seem that they are doing nothing to fix any of these issues and bugs like the vigilance sword bug were it turns into starfang code redemption issues frame rate bugs and sound problems and the game crashing after the 3.30 patch they had no problem in taking the extra £32 for awakening and its the most bug filled game i've played since fallout 3 dlc came around why don't they seem to take issues on the ps3 seriously and fix them

Is there anything I can do aside from playing this game 2 more times that will allow me to unlock the master warden and blight quellar trophies? I have 1300 with my rogue, 900 with my soldier and 500 with my mage and nothing ever has come up. These are the last two I need for my platinum, what gives?

Hi guys. I would like to know this about awakening:



1- My DA:O its from Hong Kong (disc are 3). Its says on the back of the cover that supported HD video output: NTSC 720p. So that means the disc its NTSC. I want to know if i need a Awakening also from Hong Kong area3, or can i get a copy from another Asia country thats also area3 (NTSC) or can i get the Usa version NTSC? I want to know in which of this situations i can get compatibility from.

So, to make this clear: I have the UK version of Origins; but a US-disc-version of Awakening will not work for me? I don´t understand where the difference is, with PS3-games being region-free and the UK version naturally featuring the same langiage as the US version...I don´t get why there would be a difference beside the packaging. Are there any changes?



I just don´t want to spend money on something downloadable, I am kind of old-fashioned when it comes to that...so if the US disc is not compatible with my game I´ll just have to skip Awakening.

Dear Chris,

The officical PS3 support page is not up to the mark. No clear status on the dexterity glitch (is it fixed or not? I am playing a rogue and he keeps missing with daggers when he has 34 in dex). I am unable to use the DLC when I paid €69 for my game (I also bought the PC version) and there is no clear solution.

Please help!

is anyone els on the ps3 having the legacy tattoo asset issue i know other people on the xbox and pc are but it really takes away from the mood of the game and almost makes me not want to play awakening

I wanted to report a few minor bugs I encountered:



In the quest with Ser Otto in the orphanage in Denerim´s alienage, a few problems occur. In the last room, two "boss-fights" happen, but after defeating the first enemy the next story sequence does not start until I have talked to one of my party members first.



After the second battles, no story sequence or anything appears, and blazes of flames keep coming out of the floor. I left the room after another minute or so, but even when I re-entered the room, it still triggered the blazes. However, the quest was marked as complete.



Another bug I encountered happened in the ending. Even when I had Alistair kill the archdemon, the textbox in the ending sequence still mentions him and Anora getting into the routine od ruling the land etc, and Anora still asks you if Alistair is always like that when you speak to her.



These are minor things, but a bit strange, especially the issue with the ending treating Alistair as alive.

@Stars: The Alistar bug ending issue is in all versions of the game and will most likely not be corrected because it is easy for PC users to fix with a mod. Unfortunate

Could somebody please tell me who I should be talking to?
Sony says its EA... BioWare tells me to talk to EA, EA bumps me to this forum.

I would much prefer somebody owning up to my problem (yes my problem), and either tell me nothing can be done with some type of viable explanation, or on the flip side of the coin... actually offer a solution.

Trophy issue.
Folks... I must admit a little frustrated at this point.
I have made NUMEROUS attempts to have this issue resolved to no avail.
Sony told me that they could do nothing... I have contacted BioWare, but never get a reply.
So now on to EA.
The day before the PSN network crash, I obtained my Level 20 Rogue, and gained the trophy. But did not synch my trophies.
The next day, my trophy was gone.
I have uninstalled, and reinstalled the game... and played 2 NEW rogues characters to level 20.... (1 character using DAO, and 1 using DAO:Awakenings)
Still no trophy.
MY PSN ID is "xxxxxxx" ... you can plainly see that I have EVERY trophy there is to get (with exception of the newest DLC - which I will not purchase at this point, due to the lack of customer suppoert I have received)
Trophies may not be a big deal, in the grand scheme of things... but when you invest 300hrs in a game just to get it... it is rather annoying, and very anti-climatic.
Excellent game... but there MUST be some patch that will unlock this 1 single trophy for me.
Any help would be sincerely appreciated... even if this is to have this email bumped to those that do possess the ability to correct the problem.

Sent my ps3 in for repairs to see if that was the issue cuasing my DAO freezing after the patch, sony said they tested it and nothing is wrong with it. Exchanged my old copy of DAO for a new one to see if it will work when i get it back. If not DAO is traded in for good.

dao is permanently benched for other games got fed up with awakenings sh*t framerate and speech errors aswell as all the bugs with armours and weapons its annoyin as hell as it had the basis to be an epic game but sadly ea and bioware failed if you make a patch to fix the framerate and weapons bugs i'd gladly play again until then other games out there

I noticed that on the playstation 3 version theres so much less you can
do than on the pc version of this game. Theres so many user submitted
mods and other mods that would make the game so worthwhile. Im asking
and im asking because i seriously want it. I want to be able to download
user submitted mods for this game and use them in-game not just the
downloadable you guys find interesting. I want the gay allister mod, i
want the beautiful people in fereldon mod. I want all the cool mods that
were made not just by users but by bioware but never put on the ps3 or
xbox 360. Its unfair i want those mods, when i mean those mods i mean
the mods... that users submit for the pc version. I want a sectrion on playstation network
that at least lets you download iser submitted mods... OR let u put on a usb and be able to put them on yourself and i ask that you make it possible for us to have those mods on the console version. Thank you,
and if you look all over youtube. You will notice lots of people really
want those mods. So please.. it was $59.99 for this game and $39.99 for
just some mods.... its seriously unfair. Please the game is worth it,
but its not fair that others are getting more of the worthwhile because
they chose to have it for pc. Thank you again kindly:crying:

Jarazz, well I remember UT3 on PS3 got a map pack, made by community. It was Epic's doing of course. Maybe Bioware can make selected modes available for PS3 as well.
