i am 25 hours into the game and despite installing the latest firmware for both the PS3 and the game yet it has frozen twice on me till now and during both times i was in a fight with a couple of enemies and a lot was going on at the time, and despite freezing i could still hear the music playing in the background, my bluray disk is clean and there isn't even a single scratch, why is this happening?

if you have ps3 40 or 60gb maybe YLOD is coming...

Hi there, I'm a completely new memebrs on your forums.

I reckon my question has likely been asked and answered a thousand times, but I've no way to find a quick, definite solution ATM. Sorry...

DLC: A long while after purchasing Dragon Age: Origins, I entered two freely provided redemption codes to unlock the 'Stone Prisoner' and 'Blood Dragon Armor'. Still, however, I'm unable to access either of the content.

The 'Stone Prisoner' reads "downloaded" in my in-game DLC menu, which, as instructed, I downloaded from the PS Store. This site confirms my download of the Armor, but conversely the game does not. Now, when I pause the gameplay and select 'downloadable content', it says I must first be connect to the DA servers, which I already did before starting/loading the game. Also, oftentimes the game says that the "DA servers are unavailable".

So, again, the 'Stone Prisoner' is listed (but inaccessible) in the game, but not in my profile on here, and vice versa with the Armor. Is there something wrong with my connection to the servers or do I have to "earn" my free DLC in the game somehow? I've read the PDF help file, it offered no actual support. I fear that this will be the case once I begin paying for more DLC.

As I've become a fan of this epic game, any help will greatly be appreciated. Thanks!

i have it on play station 3 and the uodate version is 1.06 and the error code is 80710723 and it keeps on coming up with the same thing ive tried everything and tried the update 9 times but it keeps coming up with this? any help? is it the server or what?

This was happening to me when I first played DA, but since I have uploaded an update on my PS3 the patch has rectified any pauses

Now, I've patched PS3 games millions of times obviously but I'm a little unsure that my DA:O is running with the latest patch on PS3?



How can I check what version number I'm running and how can I force it to patch? Is there any way of deleting the existing patches I might have downloaded?

I have never been so shocked by terrible work I recieved by EA. MANY gamers have had troubles with the achievements / trophy "Master Warden" and "Blight Quelle"
Dispite me talking to a live agent they rufused to do anything about it!! I'm completely outraged by this shoddy support.

I have the Awakening expansion on disc, not on download, and now every time I unlock all of the abilities and items in Awakening and try to start a new game on the Origins disc, the start menu says that the profile data is corrupted and relocks all of the specializations and special armor and weapons from the dlcs. Any solutions? EA told me to come here.

I have my copy of dragon age ultimate edition registered to my account and I have a ps3 wireless connection but my character builds/choices are not showing up in my profile, I have heard it does however take a couple of days.. is there something that im missing ? Do i have to do anything with the game on my ps3 to connect it to the account or should my profile pick right up on the barcode i typed in and connect the two..?:happy:

The same thing happened to me, but I never played the game before and just got my PS3 today.  Though my sever and internet connection is fine.  Everything else is working, except loading the game.

Edited:  Never mind it downloaded after I didn't follow the instructions about turning off the PS3 after the error code turned up.

I am having a Problem in orzamarr, I completed the quest "A prince's favor the second task" jarvia is dead and i cannot do nething else with the quest until prince bhelen accepts my news that the quest is over. But, in my quest log it still says that i need to locate and eliminate Jarvia(which i have) and wont let me tell him that she is dead. Please if anyone knows how to fix this let me know....

Here is my delima. I have saved the keep twice now and still have not received the Keeper of the Vigil trophy. I completely upgraded the vigil and got The Enduring Vigil trophy so why can't I get the other one? If someone could please explain this, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hello everyone... I'm new to this forum. I was wondering if you could assist me with a problem I am having? I recently purchased the Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition and am about 43 hours into the game... I love the game, it's great, but I've run into a bit of a problem... I'm at the Landsmeet, and (without providing too many details about the scene itself) the game freezes at the conclusion of a certain duel. At first, I thought this was just a one time thing so I reset the game and tried again, but it still froze. I tried the second option, attacked, but still had to duel and the freezing still occurred. Does anyone know why this is? Or what can be done to help? I really don't want to abandon this game after the 43 hours I've put into it!

im having problem with my Dragon Age: Origins Ultimate Edition on ps3, when i start game try conect to the game server it says offline. Any one knows how to fix this?

Hey i got Dragon age origins for the ps3 i like the game very much.
Im trying to get platinum for this game but theres one trophy that wont unlock (Blight-Queller)
I have more than 1000 kills with my main character i know it for sure i let my team wait at the beginning and have kill the most darkspawn myself in my first playtrough i got more than 500 kills i got the other darkspawn trophys.
I have start a new game and have play till the end of the tower where much darkspawn are an defeat the first big boss in de end of it i get more then 100 darkspawn kills.
after that i start agian a new game and doing the same steps agian 5 to 6 times still no trophy? 
Do i need to get 1000 kills in one playtrough? i got the game 2 weeks ago and download patch 1.06.
All help will be great.
