Problems whit the Blood Armor @ PS3

The "flyer" whit the game says that we should put the code in ...bioware.com/redeem

I did it, it's the same e-mail from PSN all that stuff.. and nothing apears related to blood armor in my game...



Why?

Beacause the info it's wrong!

We should put the code in the game on PS3!

Like we do to download the Stone Prisioner content...



But now that i've used the code at bioware.com, it's says on PS3 that the code is invalid...



HOW DO I FIX THIS BIOWARE?

How long does it usually take to reply to a simple question posted on Customer support? because I requested an answer to a simple, simple question for 4 days now, and it's still unresolved?

@_SAiLO and @Devil_Kratos ii put my code the same way like stone prisoner, from the menu dowanload, you press triangle and then you put the code, ect

I emailed customer support on 20/11/09 about the preorder bonuses and have just, just, received an email back with some codes!! Two weeks to reply to an email that was supposed to be answered in 24-48 hours!!



So I'm guessing that my emails about the soundtrack will be answered at some point in the middle of December, brilliant stuff!!

Haveing the same problem, the card says that I had to enter my code like above, then go on my game and log into my EA/Bioware account and I should get it, it signed me into my Bioware account automatically becuase my PSN emails the same as my Bioware email. But I don't get the option to download the blood armour, it just doesn't appear?

Doesn't work if you already enterd the code to the bioware redeem link, I tried, pressed tiangle, enterd the code, but it said the code was invalid, liekly becuase I already enterd it on biowares redeem page like it told me to do on the card.

Please help, really enjoying the game so far, but this has dissapointed me a little. Image IPB

You can only use the codes once. Once you enter a code then the DLC should appear on 'Your registered game promotions' accessible from your profile menu on this site. If it does then you know the code definitely worked and you don't have to worry about not receiving your armour or other content.

I used a variety of codes myself. All of them were registered correctly but none were actually available to download on my PS3 for a few day's. That seems to be quite usual though.

When using EA Customer Support, beware. The person trying to help you might be looking at help screens for the PC and make things worse. If they upgrade your issue to a 'senior customer help technician' do NOT expect a reply in the 24 hours or less as quoted. You will be in luck if they get to you within a week. If someone is rude to you or worse, they don't have a way to contact a supervisor. The only communications that are allowed is through e-mail if you aren't using Live Chat and Live Chat is for only communicating to lower level support people.

The best thing is to use EA chat. 5mins and they fixed my problem.

Oh crap.  I'm in Aus too, and imported a U.S version from PlayAsia.  It never occurred to me the DLC would be region-locked.  I feel like a total dud.

I've just sent an email to EA on the offical help site...

But what did you do to get yours to work?

Curiously I haven't seen anyone else mention this, but for me Shale's Rock Mastery mode (the one that's supposed to enhance archery speed and critical chance of those in its radius) causes all archery to stall. They just stand there w/ their (invisible) bowstrings drawn. It happens every time.

Aside from that, I think the pathing and collision when piling on some small enemies is quite bad, and if you add a doorway to the mix, it's utter chaos. Also there is almost always a pause right before any shape change, and the slowdown is particularly bad in the Circle library at times and throughout the entire *SPOILER*




endgame at Denerim, as well as being a bit jerky throughout the entire game. I've spent countless hours playing this game, and I love it. Seems the more I appreciate its strengths, the more apparent its problems. I hope you all will support the game not only w/ premium content but also by fixing its glaring issues.

I was wondering if anyone else is getting the message, " Dragon Age servers are unavailable at the moment, please try again."



Im not even getting a log in option for username and stuff, i just press triangle and this is all i get. Help please?



*I'm connected to the psn, able to play others like MW2, WaW, and so on.

i got the same problem about DLC, i redeemed my codes on my bioware account just like the flyer says to do so, obviously same email of my ps3 account, when i go to "entitled content" appears both, dragon armor and stone prisoner, BUT! when i go online to my ps3 and go to DLC it appears... NOTHING!!! so? whats going on there? the content was activated on my account, but it doesnt appear on my game!, i got DAO on my pc LE and all, it worked flawless no problems (different email). so? what do i do in order to get my dlc on my ps3? im from Mexico

When you first ran your game, did you create an EA/Bioware account using the same email as you used for the redeem codes and your PSN account? If so, it may just take some time being connected to the dragon age servers for your download content to show up, just play for an hour and then quite back to the main menu and check. This is what I did for the flash game items and "the edge". They seem to only show up immediately if you entered the codes from the games redeem code tab in the download content menu.

On another topic, I ran into an interesting error today. (((((WARNING POTENTIAL SPOILERS)))))





I have just finished Lothering and decided to go to denerim first on this play through. I am doing the Slim guys "Crimewave" series of quests and on the last stealing one available at this point in the game I got a massive glimpse into my future. I paid the young messenger to distract some guards for me, and after he ran off I got the "Trial of Crows" quest flagged. This quest dialogue kind of spoils some things for new players if they get it this early. The dialogue for interacting with this quest NPC talks about them being hired to kill you and failing, so it should probably be fixed and not be flaggable prior to your encounter with Zevran. I mean, I have the option to kill the guy because the crows tried to kill me, before they even got hired.

Hey guys.

  Ive just popped in for a quick read. I cant seem to
find anything relating to the PS3 version?. I have a region 3 version
of the game which came with "Shale" and "Armour" free DLC codes. Im
playing on a UK console. I cant access the DLC for the game and the
redeem codes dont work (invalid code) I do this during gameplay or from
the title screen. I set up a region 3 account for my ps3...The content
shows but i still cant get it.

I decided yesterday to purchase
the Shale content. It came down and shows in my data folder on the ps3
x-menu.... But it still wont show up in game on either my region 2 or
3...

Now you could say why buy a region 3 version? . I had no
problem with other region 3 games that i own... Deep space, mirrors
edge to name 2... Why this one? Ive now paid for the content and still
cant have access to it. Stinks of greed to me...company greed and being
a gamer for many years this is a joke!!....

cant see half the page!!! Typical EA, milking money off the customers!!

I just entered he codes inside the game in the downloadable content area and it worked flawlessly . Bugged quests seem to pop up alot and the frame rate could be better, but other then that fun game.

EA has the absolute worst software support I have ever seen. Dragon Armor download issue that many of us have. I'm on day 12 with no resolution (3 emails from support) and the simple issue is still not resolved. Maybe this is not the correct place to put this complaint but No ONE seems to care at EA!! This is BS!!! If I ran my business like this I'd be out of business.

i did what you mention, besides, im through 4 hrs of play, but no DLC on principal menu. the problem is that im from México, and there´s no DLC here yet, so i cant download it :(

i have another account, i which i have registered DAO LE on pc (and it is also linked to my US account on ps3), didnt linked to that account, cause i wanted to play DAO ps3 on my Mexican account, i didnt realize there was no DLC on Mexico :(

any ideas of what should i do?, do you think Bioware could give new keys to use on my US account on ps3?

i dunno what to do

On the 'brightside' for you, at least you have received emails by day 12.  I've got emails and upgraded issues from the live chat that I've not received any replies by day 20-15.  LIve Chat says the senior level help and supervisors are not allowed to have you call them, nor are they allowed to call you.  Either of which would greatly reduce the amount of time it would take to fix problems and make customers happy.  EA doesn't care.  Some of the people on Live Chat are really good, but some are very bad, but there is no way to let them know about either.

Bioware, you dumped Atari.  Will you be dumping EA and going with someone else for the next major game release?
