Oh this should be a good one, EA chat magically disappeared!
oh yea, I opened a question on the support page since November 27th, and it remains unresolved, that is simply amazing support!
In case you don't know what sarcasm is, I'll spell it out: Your support is simply horrible, you barely pay attention to your customers, you release a badly conditioned game, you don't address ANY issue, you simply suck.

oh.... joy...

At least they have saved lots of money with bad / non-existant customer support, and putting out a beta quality product.  That's the important thing, right?

Nothing works for me!!! my codes dont work, I cant get anything to come up in my DLC list just keeps say DLC is not available. I paid for Wardens Keep through PS3 Store and downloaded it and it still wont work, it's BS great game but a ****house way to implement addon content.

I got all these codes that are all invalid I've updated my PS3 system and login to servers but content wont come up in the list.

WTF!!! Bioware you are the RPG gods

Why is the PS3 section hidden if you're not logged in? The others are viewable when logged out.

In my opinion, it's because PS3 is the console that's experiencing the most problems, letting unlogged users viewing this board would reduce the sales.

So, where is the patch? I mean other than PC users are having the same dexterity problems (and the rest of the problems). It's somewhat ironic that you FIX the problems on a platform that ALREADY has a downloadable fix (unofficial, but still...), but the platforms that don't have ANY fix are being left into the open...

How about sharing some love? Or you do guys really want a ****storm after Christmas, when all those little presents with DA:O inside them hit the forums...whining?

This is actually a valid point, if somewhat blunt in its delivery :) Please try to get the patch for PS3/Xbox up before x-mas, so we can avoid even more people complaing about lag and bugs and whatnot. I have patience, so I can wait but most people want to enjoy their game straigh out of the box. A patch should be the first thing that hits, and not paid DLC.

I won't buy anything else Dragon's Age related until a patch that transform the beta game I bought in a retail game. Nowadays other devellopers' release hit shelf with one or two bugs at most if not at all wich are usually rapidely adressed. I heard high praise of Bioware, seems it was bull****.

+1, this game was released in a terrible state.

No need to be sophisticated when idea is to hammer the nail down. The question on the other hand, is it a coffin or a board to patch the holes?

The problem with that is, no matter how good your quality control, or how thorough your playtesting, technical problems can still happen that you could never have anticipated.

Aye but in the 90s fewer of these buggy games were released with no way to update on a console. Now that broadband is commonplace that should not be used as an excuse for poor quality control.

Yes, you get technical problems that nobody could even dream about, but.... dexterity fix.... oh, we missed that! Finding solutions is another thing, but also releasing them is another. It's funny how the others platforms seem to have solutions released...

Wrong!

If there were fewer errors, it's due to small ROM size.

But unlike now, where a patch can be pushed for consoles, in the old Cart/CD-Rom days, you could get game breaking bugs that were in the shipped product, and you couldn't do ANYTHING about it, short of a product replacement from some publishers.:o
