Has anyone here ever seen the GPS activate a CC power through protection like other shotguns?

Yes , i used it all the time on my Vanguard. Its been a while but i remember the evolved (AoE) Incendiary ammo version did trigger on hits.

I have never, ever seen either Cryo, Incendiary or Disruptor via the GPS go through defence layers. Do you have videos of this?

On a side note; Its possible to have a Pulled Harby if he can "Spawn" only in a pulled drone. Its was rather funny.

Just a preliminary answer; As far as i can tell the GPS doesn't Cc through shields, although neither does any of the other shotguns. Not the squad evolved version anyways. Ill try out the incendiary AoE evolved tomorrow.

Yes, every other shotgun does CC through shields; if just enough damage is done with a SG to penetrate shields or armour, CC effect will take place; because normal SGs have 8 pellets.

The GPS doesn't seem to trigger other Cc passed the shields as you describe. That said it could always be a question of how many projectiles can hit the target; Since the GPS has 3 , the condition necessary to take down protection and have a Cc trigger could be impossible to meet. I haven't made the effort to take notice of the pellet velocity off each shotgun, its possible that the GPS has a constant speed across all projectiles while other shot gun have a randomized pellet speed. Or it could be a bug, i haven't check other weapons Cc effect pass protection.
On a side note; Your original title & post had me confused, there's a big difference between activating Cc through protection and what you describe. Given the fact that you have to strip protection & then Cc in the same shot, you don't actually Cc *Through* shields. In my opinion anyways.
