all the movement buttons, but especially the walk button do not work well at all. Sometimes after 2 or 3 seconds my character stops moving, sometimes longer, sometimes shorter. And before anybody asks, yes my keyboard works fine for everything esle.

Is the stop permanent or just until you release the button and mash again??
Have you tried changing the bindings to different keys??
What are some of your computer Specs and what type of keyboard are you using and is it wired or wireless??
Does your character just stand still, and do any of the other buttons still work??

1) Please register the game on the forums. 3) You could always stop whining and read the forum description which clearly states that official support is performed by EA. ME2 is quite an old game by now, and people dont regularly check in as often as they used to.

Bogsnot1 my game is registered and I have been playing off and on for the pass month. I love the game but all at once the move keys and number keys stopped working esc works and the mouse works. If I hold the ctrl and w he just walks and will not stop until I hit ctrlw again. If I go into the setup options for the keys and its all marked right I have reset it twice no help. If you change bind the w go to number 4 then 5 then 6. I just need to know if this is a new problem that has a fix. My keyborad is working fine it has to be in the game.please help. Big JD

Its not a problem with thegame, but a problem with 3rd party applications on your PC.
In the case of WASD mapping to 1234 etc, another forum member who had the problem tracked it down to being caused by Comcast Constant Guard.
Either that, or some other keylogging software is present on your system and causing the error to occur.
