When I reload a manual game save once or multiple times. my xbox would freeze immediately when it is in the loading screen to reload the game save.

Is this tech support forum active on helping Xbox 360 players with their problem? What is the point of this forum if nobody posts to help other people? I might as well post in the general discussion since all the people go there to ask their questions.
