The game loads to startup with sound. I choose option to start game.  Game starts but with not sound.  whats the cause?

What's your hardware? For this type of issue it would be useful if you posted your sound card, sound card driver and operating system.

remove HDMI audio or real tech drivers, ur choice, if using Nvidia GC,

If you have more than one sound card, like in the GPU as Darkling suggested, it's recommended to turn one sound card off completely in the BIOS.

I will try that, however....I have played through this game once already with no sound issues...why is it not working now?

I only have one sound card running. still not working
