Significantly expands the range of Healing Aura, and offers an optional upgrade to the Faith talent.

By default, Healing Aura will now affect allies at moderate range. With the Radiance upgrade, it will affect even distant allies.

While I don't play a mage, it bothered me that the vanilla Healing Aura was essentially a wasted talent point. This update should make defensive-based mage gameplay much more feasible for those who like to play healers or buffers.

Good work!! :o ...

Also, do you know of - or have a mod that removes the need for healing aura to be active to use group heal and revive? I've googled it and gotten nowhere :C

I don't suppose this works for Panacea as well?

Panacea has worse problems on its hands than just its range. Check out my Anders mod, Vengeful, which solves the Panacea problem: http://www.dragonage...ile.php?id=2674

I just double-checked this, and it works fine. Two things to note:
- It will conflict with any .erf or .gda that alters OR references Group Heal or Revival, including a full abi_base.gda edit (of which there are a few floating around—stay away from these).
- The tooltip will still claim that Panacea must be active, as this is built into the talktables. Ignore it.

Thank you OP, having to get the mage so close to the fighters was absurd, mind you the range on the warrior aura for agro/damage mitigation is also pointless as far as I am concerned, 8 metres, a total farce and even worse then healing aura.

Battle Synergy works well with squishy characters who want to be near the front lines - dual wield rogues and Merrill for example, though I guess a mage with Healing Aura up would count too.

I believe I have at least one mod that includes that file, perhaps the aforementioned Total Freedom.

Given how much nicer it is not to have to buy up an entire tree for the one thing in it you need for a build, it would be hard to give up.
