Coup De Grace
Below the Belt
Deadly Strike
Letheality
Stealth 1-3
Lp 1-4 (I have 1-3 right now but Leliana is better to invest in but now its a little late to switch)
Dual Weilding tree all except Whirlwind
First 3 of the Assassin tree
First 3 of the Dualist Tree
If I include these now will I have points to invest in when I get to Awakenings? I want the Shadow specialization and also the new Dual Wielding skills from Awakenings.
Deja Vu, did I just kill my rogue AGAIN?

If you want to be the backstabber in your party there really isnt any need for all the abilities in the DW tree. Basically, all you need is
1-3 in tier 1 (DW-Finesse grants a nice bonus to att/def)
none in tier 2 (if you want to have some more CC, go for riposte other than that, let your mage/poison do the paralyzing)
1-3 in tier 3 (momentum is the key)
Punisher is a hell of a skill, but do you want to spend 4 points into the second tree if your backstabs do more damage than the abilities?
This would save you 6 points to spend somewhere else.
If you have a good tank who can hold aggro, you might not need keen defense (Duelist): another 2 points saved - though why bother with the specialization then?
You can wait with spending points into the assassins line until you reached a good amount of CUN. Until then you can see for yourself if you run out of points or not and whether you want to spend them somewhere eles.
Exploit Weakness:
+3 damage with 30 cunning
+5 damage with 40 cunning
+8 damage with 60 cunning

As for Awakening, cant help you there sorry. Dont own it.

You can gain max of level 35 in Awakening so you will eventually be able to buy everything. And if not you can get Manual's of Focus that allow you to respec all of your points, don't worry about points in Origins, you can get them all back in Awakening.
