I have the disc of the game (regular edition) but want to work with the Toolset on a laptop and not my desktop where my campaign is.  Is it possible to just load the toolset to "play" or do I have to also install my disc on the laptop in order to use the Toolset?  I'm thinking I have to do both installs, but I was wondering if I already have the game registered on one PC...

You need to install the disc on your laptop so the toolset can access the game resources. Then you can enjoy editing on your laptop.
