Hello everyone!
I tried contacting EA but still have no answer and my chat session with the expert was unexpectedly cut so I tried these forums hoping someone could help. I began by reading the Mass Effect 2 PC Tech FAQ thread but this very problem is listed as "No experience myself" so...
Anyway here's my problem. I received an email from Bioware offering me a ME2 digital copy (for the sequels celebration). So I downloaded it via the EA Download Manager and it runs fine. The only thing is I never received any code for the Cerberus DLC. At first, I thought it was normal and this DLC wasn't included in the offer but it appears that it's not the case. So I tried redeeming the Licence Key as a promo code (you never know) but of course it didn't work.
Has anyone had this problem and solved it? Or does anyone know how to solve it?

Oh thanks a lot, I missed the part where you need to download it on the same page as your first "order" when I read it the first time. Sorry for the disturbance and thanks again for your help :-)
