There is a known but as-yet undiagnosed problem with the xbox 360 version of Dragon Age not always uploading character images to the backend EA servers, which means they never show up on this site.

If you have up-to-date character data appearing on this site but no character portrait, please contact EA technical support with details via:  http://help.dragonage.com

EA customer support can then build a list of people this is affecting and can build a much better picture of when it occurs.

If you mean the profile pictures, then a few of my characters seem to be missing them - ones where I changed the background from the default one. The ones with the default (black) background seem to have uploaded properly.

Characters 1,2, and 5 are fine, 3 and 4 have non-standard profile picture backgrounds and are incorrect.

Edit: Those same 2 characters are also missing their body-sized pictures on their individual character pages as well.

trickfred: interesting theory, but the 360 version doesn't upload portraits with transparency, so any that work appear to have a black background. Arynn has a background tint.

Okay, so I'm sure we're seeing the same thing... this is what I see on the link above:

Trick works, black background, no tint
Arynn works, black background, no tint
Jalis, I see a brown half-circle gradient and no character head
Kairghreana, I see a purple half-circle gradient going the opposite direction, and no character head
Theramin works, black background, no tint

Using Firefox 3.5.5

Anyways, just thought I'd mention it, longshot though it might have been.

What about wrong armor being shown? I've now won the game, and stats have updated several times, but the full-body pic has NEVER updated---still shows level 1 equipment.  Does that count as the same error?  Because when my portrait disappeared, so did the full body pic.    

As for portrait background---I chose the "dark purple halo" one (2nd to last I think, maybe very last choice) and during the period where the portrait wouldn't show up for a while---just the purple halo background itself appeared on the site.

The info for my character has been updating veeerry slowly, and I have yet to have any image upload for her. For instance, it's updated for the second time in the last week or two and it has my character stats listed as level 15. I have since beaten the game with her at level 21. Either way though, I have not had a character image upload for her at all yet. I've had the game since launch and she was created that day, but I didn't get my EA account working for a few days. Sooo I don't know if it hadn't updated correctly because I hadn't been logged onto my account since the beginning of the game or not. But yeah, I'm rambling. I have been having this issue as well though.

I've only got two of my characters to show up out of 5 (six counting the one deleted) and the stats and story tend to lag behind as well. I wonder if it depends on time of day because the first character I made the portrait shows up, but not for the 2nd and 3rd. The fourth is the other one to show up but the fifth one which I have been playing the most of recently does not.

I've got a slightly different take on this issue. I use to have a portrait for this character, but one day it disappeared. It still says my character is level 6 even though I've beaten the game with it, 50 hours, and at 21. No info on the site has changed since the portrait disappeared, it had level 6 when I had a portrait and it's still there with no portrait.

So I was current for about an hour I guess.

I've played the game for 37 hours and according to the site I still don't have a character :S It is however tracking all my achievements, but that is all!

Yay! I got my portrait back on my main character and it successfully updated to level 21, it reflects my current equipment... however things are not all well. Even though it says I have the right equipment it's still showing the image as newbie armor. So even though I'm wearing full blood dragon plate it's not reflected on the image preview or my portrait... I'm just happy to have my portrait back though.

How about no character data showing up at all... nothing, not even the alleged achievements that others see. As far as this site is oncerned my xbox character doesn't exist at all... which saddens me since it's the same character I've spent close to 50 hours with.

Looking at the portret of my 360character, it seems it's still dressed in the starting equipment. While the equipment information (not the look) is uploaded correctly.

i have 6 characters and only 3 of them show up with portraits not to mention the data it self is way behind no matter how many times ive manually saved can get this guy to show newest info on another not he was stuck at level 9 no portrait till i hit 17 the site updated him then but im now 20 and it doesnt reflect it..
