I think that it does have to do with whether or not you pick a background color for your character's portrait. I made a new character today without one and it uploaded fine. The data for my first character has since uploaded, but still no image for her. Her portrait had a blue background.

I dont know about you but it is taking at least a day to update anything I do with a character. Its just updated my DW Warrior for the most part, but still doesnt show him with his armor or all of the proper equips.

I am having a problem with my Dalish Elf having his portrait upload along with everything else updating properly as it still has most of his Origin gear on. Doesnt help that it wont even get the armor and gear right for my Warrior, though I at least have his portrait as seen by this post.

This may be right, the two that I selected the blue background for are the ones that are not showing up.

Mine has a copper-ish background and I have my portrait uploaded. Or if you meant the fullbody shot, then only the equips are right but model is just the default warrior model.



Anyway, fix the character update already... I can't stalk my friends happily like this.

I bought the game about 2 weeks ago now. I am coming up on 40 hours playtime and I still have no profile whatsoever. No characters, no achievements no journal data. Hopefully they find some way to fix this.

Just posting to update that my Level 10 Rogue hasnt updated at all since yesterday, and still no portrait.



My Warrior still isnt being shown in his gear either.

Having the same problem as everyone else in this thread. There are two characters in my profile that are showing neither model nor portrait. For both of them, I chose something other than the default portrait background. This seems to more or less confirm Krystalevenstar's theory. I hope this helps the webmasters figure out a solution. Thanks!

My character (Full armor shot) worked for the first day and not since then...thought I would throw my name in as well.



Oh also, my pop-ups are in a language other then English, which I have chosen.

I didn't pick a background for my character Aleczia and she does not have a portrait.  I've already reported it to EA.

Oddly enough all male characters I have made (except for the one I deleted) have their portraits yet none of the Female ones I have made do.

Now that's odd. My male char doesn't show up but my females do. I think the servers for this are totally ovewhelmed at the moment. My game cannot contact the server either, not for the last 2 days. I wouldn't want to be workign in that computer room right now.

This is disheartening, I finally got a response back from EA about a bug I reported (not about the character portraits though) and I was told to post in this forum. So what do we do?
