But now whenever I create a character the portraits don't work.
Surely if they used to work but doesn't now it must be something to do with the servers.
I sent an email 2 days ago. They still haven't replied. My guess is they haven't worked out what is causing the problem so are ignoring it.

I have two characters and neither have portraits showing on my profile. The stats and achievements have updated but are not uptodate.
I also contacted EA support and got a response which linked me back to the forum. It make me sad *cry
I love this game just want to show off my characters...
