Bringing this thread up again since i've been gone for a week and when I checked it's still not fixed :/

For whatever it's worth, my understanding is that this is something that EA is responsible for fixing. I sent an email to them about a week ago, but I haven't gotten a reply. Maybe if all of us bug them at once, somebody will look into the problem! Yea!

I have 2 characters uploaded right now with no portrait. Not sure what I'm supposed to do on the EA site... just e-mail them?

Yeah, I emailed them too, yesterday. No answer as of yet. I thought they were suppose to get back to you within 24 hours.

My first character stopped updating at level 21.. (I got her to level 23).. I've started up and played through every origin and have gone on to play with 2 of those characters a bit farther into the game... Yet I still only have my first character showing.

My Rogue is still showing 13 when I have made it up to 20 for the achievement.

BW sends us to EA who sends us back to BW

The First few characters i created all had the portraits upload properly.

But now whenever I create a character the portraits don't work.

Surely if they used to work but doesn't now it must be something to do with the servers.



I sent an email 2 days ago. They still haven't replied. My guess is they haven't worked out what is causing the problem so are ignoring it.

Because they dont care. This entire subforums seems useless as **** when the only things BW comments on are on DLC that isnt out or minor problems that dont really act like problems.

Odd, my first 2 characters did have portraits, now the first character's portrait (that I was using as my site avatar) has disappeared in the last day or so. I haven't played that character in at least a week either. Hopefully that just means that someone is kicking the tires to find the ongoing problem.

Edit: Aaaaand 3 hours later, it's back. Wacky. *shrug*

Thought i would add myself to the list.

I have two characters and neither have portraits showing on my profile. The stats and achievements have updated but are not uptodate.



I also contacted EA support and got a response which linked me back to the forum. It make me sad *cry

Stats stopped updating a while ago. No characters have faces. For some reason my 2nd character just got added to the site (sans portrait of course), and he was made a long time before my 3rd and 4th. 5th still missing.

Well this is obviously not a priority for them as I am on my second character a month after the game is out and still...nothing.

Huh. Well I just finished my first play through with my Rouge, started a new character and he shows up just fine on the site. Aw well.
