My characters are also not being updated, its been a while now and it isn't displaying any of my character stats properly.



Same with the portraits. =/

What seems to be the best fix for getting your character pics to load is this:



create your character and start game, complete just enough dialog or whatever is needed to allow you to save. Save the game right there and allow up to an hour (it usually doesn't take that long) for your pic to upload. I managed to get 3 character pics uploaded last night and I'm about to reroll another character so I can get her pic.



Now I don't know if it's a permanent fix, but I'll repost to this as needed to let you all know how it's going.

I have two characters that are picture-less

none of my background have been altered in anyway and yet some of my characters still don't show profile picture only their progress, I have 360 version.

Had the same problem (over a week without and update), but when i used Character Creator and wanted to upload a new character, ive got the message that there are too many files on my account, so ive deleted some screenshots that were automaticaly transfer to my profile, one hour later my characters were all up to date, hope it helps. Allthough im using PC version.

I have been signed on to XBox Live everytime I play and now nothing updates on here, No achiements or character data such as level or equipment. Been on level 7 for 3 days now, when I am actually level 10.

Yeah its not the biggest deal in the world. The game works fine, and I am finding less issues on my second character, but its nice to have an up to date character on here.

I am experiencing this problem and have submitted an email to the site listed in the original post. I have the collectors edition and suffered the problem when I created multiple characters in a short period as I was trying to get a specific look.

IMHO They could really fix this issue if it wasn't an automatic update everywhere and during all saves. Anytime someone turns on the game it's going to contribute to bogging down the servers. If they thought about it, it may be better / easier and have less of a bogging / no connection issue if there was a manual "update" online character information option on the main page of the game. This way every time we all turn on the game it isn't spamming the BIOWARE server every chance it has. BWTF do I know?

I have quite a few characters, most of which do not have portraits.  Also they are all mostly shown in starter gear.  I'd like to have my avatar character wearing the Blood Dragon Armor

My elf still doesnt have a Port or Avi and all of my chars are still in starting gear.



I would like to them ALL in their endgame gear and be able to use backgrounds for portraits.

I finished with a human noble and I wish the armor showed, Wade's heavy plate stuff (dragonbone), with the helm Corruption, and Branka's shield. Looked scary.

My Human Noble looks just as scary in just Wades SDB armor with Starfang and Keening Blade on my back.

I find the deep red of the dragonbone stuff looks the best, creates that dark, bloody image. It's too bad there is no screenshots or profile pic, it show off characters.

Could get that to work if you delete it from here and load it up again from the console.

Having the same problem with one of my characters, the second one made. The first and most recent characters however are there.

Also, what's the deal with this no armour thing!? Tis annoying to say the least.

EDIT: I just noticed that my 3rd character's story is completely messed up. @ 7 hours it claims I had the landsmeet and chose all the possible options...
