Chalk up another no-portrait/picture case. In addition, my characters specializations don't show up either - level and "normal" skills are updated, but the specializations aren't.

No portraits, no avatars, everything else up to date, and when I go to send an email at the above link, it won't allow me to log in to do so. It says my username does not exist, even though I am clearly signed in and using it here. Frustratey sadface

I've gone through character deletions several times, and it finally uploaded the character once more...but alas, my picture is still the broken box (see left side). :/

Interesting development. My dwarf characters appear in square frames and all three of their avatars show. My human noble, elves and elven mage appear to have empty circular frames, and do not appear.

I'm having this issue too. I can get a couple characters to show up, but not my "main" one (nor the other one I play most often). But the mage and Dwarf I made to check out their origins seem to work fine.



I've tried deleting and re-uploading, but it doesn't help.

I've made two characters, one of whom I played 93 hours with and beat the game, and neither of them have ever updated with pictures of any kind. They updated all kinds of other stats, but no pictures — not even from the beginning. It's highly annoying. I really wish they'd fix it. This is my first time playing a game with this kind of stat tracking and I was all excited about it, but it's so frustrating to not even be able to see my characters or show them to anyone else.

It seems to be fairly random what will and will not upload. Seven of my characters have uploaded. One I cannot seem to delete permanently, even though I have deleted those saved games and deleted the character here repeatedly. Some show up with pictures. None show up with armor. Only my elven characters will upload, no dwarves or humans. The level information is rarely correct, and at least two of my characters with whom I completed the game seem to be moving back in time, losing xp and level every time I check them. EA needs to hire a db programmer and sys admin with a clue.

I am having similar issues as well with most of my portraits not uploading.



Though it seems that at least a few posters have fixed the problem by looking at their avatar, unless they changed it to a different custom character that is.

I had to create 5 or 6 virtual ports on my router to get the stats to upload from the 360, but the portraits are still not uploading

I take it as Bioware has given up trying to figure this problem out...as there's not been a blue post in what...4 months? o-o

It has been mentioned with great truth, quite unfortunately so, that character portraits only upload upon character creation. If, for whatever reason, you are not connected to the DA servers when you make your character then they will NEVER upload their portrait to the servers or this forum. Lame...

It's absolutely ridiculous that these issues have still not been corrected. The fact that portraits are still not being uploaded for characters imported into Awakening is bad enough, but it is especially annoying that the portraits/avatars for all Xbox 360 uploaded characters forever remain in their starter gear considering this has been an issue from the very beginning (this bug does not occur on the PC version).
