bought this on release and everything going fine up until docks area would not load - game buster
started new char with same problem
de and re installed after multiple attempts to get some support
re install fails around movie files - no reason given
granted this is a pretty dire game - anyone playing da origins after this would think the latter the more recent game this has been so badly dumbed down for consoles - i would like to continue
support is non-existent - any suggestions?
i remember when bioware was the top developer for rpgs - isn't ea wonderful?

You refused to follow the forum rules for reporting tech problems listing information we need do a diagnostic on the problem. Furthermore you barely described the problem anyway so unless we recieve a supply of magic wands anytime soon i doubt we can help you. And finally why are you using the tech forum to just be rude and abusive? What is the point of wanting to solve a tech problem to play a game by the sounds of it you feel is too "dumbed down" for you? If you don't like it why do you care?
Support for the game is quite widespread. EA provides a whole tech support network if you wanted support there are several ways to contact them. There is also a tech support forum on here which you have refused to use correctly and instead used it to whine.
My suggestions would be either use the tech forum properly and explain the problem with a proper technical problem report as described in the stickies at the top of the thread or you can find another area of the forum to air your grievences at EA because those have zero to do with a tech problem which is what this forum is for.

the greviances against ea are the reason this game fails on so many levels - technical and otherwise - if the program had been finished and tested before release there would not be so many postings of so many problems - just read the fora
