The definition is there as clear as daylight unless you have your own definition. Forcefully? If it comes in the form of a DLC, wouldn't you just ignore it and allow those who prefer it to get it? Is that an unfair compromise or would you just have it your way?

I will not argue with you the definition of "gang" from your perspective. You say the definition clearly indicate that they are a gang - I say the definition clearly indicate that they are not a gang. Let's leave it at that because we clearly perceive the companion NPCs differently.

So, you want a feature for convenience - if Bioware does it, fine. Myself and others who are not in favor of this idea thinks that the current setting fits the game better. If some players wants it for convenience... well, make it a DLC so I do not have to buy it.

Forcefully as in - forcing a feature into the game for the sake of convenience even if it were "out of place" and feels "odd".

I like how they have their own houses but I do think a general meeting place would be nice to have too. Like if you ask everyone to meet you in the pub for a chin-wag now and then.

You're obviously making a stubborn stand when its clear you have nothing to stand on, you have lost the argument but refuse to accept it. You will be more credible if you just take your lickings and move on.You will be esteemed the more for it. If an official dictionary is not acceptable to you what more an opinion. Given this, it therefore becomes inappropriate for me to dignify you with further replies bec. its a waste of time. Here is the definition according to the Merriam-Webster Dictionary in the hope it may educate you further. It is in simple english.

DA3 > The invention/introduction of mobile phones. Call up your buddies and tell them what to wear and have a chit chat.

That was me being a bit silly but like I said my problem is player interactions (lack of in DA2) progressing the bonds through dialogue both when out and about and at their places, not the method of few times through game handed out quests by them rest of time talk amongst themselves in background only. They could just include a party member list menu in the game where can do your re-equipping if wanted, because that (changing equipment etc) does not progress story or interactions and is compleltey seporate issue. The pub system would work to gather member to progress bonds, but it isn't enough for me I want it when I'm walking around with them like in DAO on top of interactions (actual dialogue choices where can communicate not just listen to repeated same one liners until they hand you a quest) at their places or even at the pub like suggested.

Lemme guess, you claim that they are a gang because...

The work together as a group? For a common goal??

My experience of DA2 tells me that they do not. They are all individual working for Hawke and not all of them have close ties to one another.

Know this, it is NOT the dictionary that I disagree with. I disagree with you claiming that they are a gang just because they have a mutual friend name Hawke.

Yes, it is a waste of time arguing with you because you clearly are only interested in a feature for your own convenience - nothing more. Go post this in the wish list:

I WANT A PARTY CAMP WHERE I CAN HAVE CONVENIENCE EVEN IF I AM THE ONLY ONE WHO THINKS IT MAKE SENSE.

ANYONE WHO DISAGREE WITH ME - I WILL CALL THEM NAMES.

I wished my party would chill out with Sandal, and hang around my giant house. Browse the library, just shoot the breeze, you know?

I had hoped DA2 would maintain a party camp as in DAO. Or at least some kind of party HQ where everyone can interact with Hawke. As it is you need to select and confirm the characters to bring along, only then can you equip them or level up, etc. BW should consider this in DA3.Image IPB

Yes I miss the party camp as well, along with many other things from DAO. I hope Bioware does not drop the ball again in DA3.

i think this post is misleading. I was not the one who said "ANYONE WHO..." that was said by ashwind and not me.  I hope this is corrected. Thank you.Image IPB

Considering they all leave crap in Hawke's house it'd be nice to see them there. I would like to see Merrill and Sandal actually swinging on the chandelier.

. Problem was I had no possibility telling that there is a dragon up there. It surprised me.

Isn't that kind of ... I don't know ... the point?  The game shouldn't tell you what you're going to be fighting in each adventure ahead of time ... it SHOULD be trying to surprise you.  If the game never managed to surprise me, I'd have gotten bored pretty quickly.

Yes. But I dismiss the thought that any game should feature "random dragons". Dragons are supposed to be some kind of special enemy, not something to throw at the player at the top of a mountain for no reason, without a backstory, quest or achievement (and if only good loot, which was absent as well).

Running all the way back to change my party just for a "random dragon" felt unsatisfactory and cheap.
