Any of these worth getting or do they effect storyline in any way? Starting up an ME 1 through ME 2 playthrough on pc. Thanks.

I think Bioware should make Pinnacle Station free like BDtS since it's not like lot of people are going to buy that DLC anymore, especially with a price tag of 400 MS Points.

Bring Down The Sky is free, fun and if they ever fix that damned import bug it'll be reflected in ME2 (and presumably 3)
Pinnacle Station from all I've heard is just a bland shooting spree with no story so I never bothered to buy it

Bring Down the Sky is free for the boxed PC version. From what I have heard, they descided to give that free to PC users due to the release date of the central game being so much later than for the x-box due to conversion issues. The OP specified PC, so... they gave PC info. In regards to Pinnacle Station, I'm not really impressed with it. I suppose if you want a place to earn your combat achievements, it's worth it since you can keep doing the simulations with no loss or penalty, but otherwise... eh.

<wispering> 80pts. = only $1.;)

So, worth it!  I had only just recently went back for a 2nd ME1 run through, needed to get a FemShep Vanguard going, and hadn't yet had xBox Live for Bring Down The Sky during my 1st playthrough.    I do now and was impressed at how good it really was IMO.

Really great stuff:

-Cool mission (duh)
-Fun discoveries while exploring the rock
-Interesting and impactful decisions to make
-Grenade restock crates (it's about time)
-Sweet loot upon conclusion

It winds up being a taste of what the sweet DLC for ME2 eventually became... leaves me w/ lofty hopes for ME3!

:)

Not sure about the PC, but I do know that if you buy the Platinum Hits version of ME1 for the 360 ($20 at my local Best Buy) the Bring Down the Sky DLC is included for free. Heard too many bad reviews on Pinnacle Station. Maybe one day I'll get it just to get the achievement points, but I doubt it.

Yeah, I have that edition of ME1 for 360 so I thought it was downloadable for free from Live (well it basically is if it costs only 80 MS Points). Only reason why I'd like to have Pinnacle Station is to get "full ME1 experience" and those sweet achievements worth of 150 Gamerscore. :P

it's a pity nothing ever came of the Omega DLC for ME1 rumours. would've been a nice bridge to ME2. but then again there's also something nice about a game that really doesn't need DLC to feel like a full game. pity they don't make 'em like that any more

I tend to agree.

ME1 feels complete within itself. If you have to pay for the DLC, I would not bother truly. BDtS is okay for free, it will probably take you 45 mins at tops. It is moderately epic, and of course has batarians!

BDTS was free for me. In any case this is the good DLC for ME1.

Pinnacle Station apparently isn't mentioned in ME2, and it isn't much fun to begin with in ME1, so I don't really see the point in it. I really wish I didn't feel this way because ME1 is one of my favorite games, but I think you should avoid this DLC.
