Well, Kaiden already said he'd moved on anyway........ My Sheps:

1. DudeShep. Romanced Ashley, left her to die on Virmire, found solace in Tali's two-fingered arms. (because at heart, I'm a Talimancer)
2. FemShep. Romanced Kaiden, faithful to him throughout ME2 (for my 1 "straight-through" romance, and because I wanted to see what all the Shenko fans were swooning about)
3. DudeShep. Romanced Liara, faithful to her throughout ME2 (This is different than (2), because Liara's Little Miss Special Plot Immune, so I wanted a Liara romance)
4. FemShep. Romanced no one in ME1, no one in ME2 (Just in case someone shows up in ME3)
5. DudeShep. Romanced no one in ME1, Jack in ME2 (Because Jack is awesome)
6. DudeShep. Romanced Ashley in ME1, cheated on her with Miranda in ME2. (Because I want to see what effect cheating has)

So yeah, after going through all the trouble to craft those relationships exactly the way I wanted to, I sure as hell hope I get a few different lines of dialogue out of the respective participants.

 Since BioWare's specialty is relationships as well as gameplay, yadda yadda yadda, I expect to see some major fireworks, depending upon how your Shepard acted.

If you played the DLC LOTSB and cheated upon Liara, she calls you out on it.  However, that's if you actually did this mission AFTER having completed the Collector mission.  If you chose to take out the Broker before completing your suicide run and had a romance, well, um...you're probably going to end up paying for it dearly.

Of course, that depends upon the characters.  I'm imaging full blown fireworks between the ladies.  And then...at you.  The men will most likely work out their aggression upon one another...maybe you, too.

One of my Shepards did this--he romanced Liara and cheated on her with Miranda.  He's going straight to Hell.
