Am I the only one who hoped that Yevhen and Dera were an adorable, interracial couple? But the way Yevhan said, "If you want to keep your job, shut your mouth, woman!" made me think that Dera is his elven servant... or maybe they're just really into their servant/master role play.

Either way, you have to admit that they're pretty cute together. <3

That's what I thought too. She was very quick to snap back at him, I don't think an average servant would be so forward. It seems like she's used to the constant threats of unemployment but knows he cares too much to ever go through with it.

I thought they seemed sweet, it made a nice change to see a mixed couple (that wasn't human/elf).

This quest only showed up on one of my playthroughs though. Don't know why. It's a shame because I rather liked it.

The real reason for the elven lass is that they do not have a dwarf female model in the game.

You only get this one, if you don't get the Nathaniel quest (i.e. import a warden that has Nat).

Dera seems to know a lot about Yevhen's kids from the sounds of things, I imagine she's a mother figure or was a nanny style servant to them as children and was kept on as a general servant.
Their bickering does come across as pretty sweet though.

I have trouble seeing any dwarf in this game as cute. Fat heads and giant noses just aren't my thing. >_>

i agree with this, Maybe if he looked younger or i dont know looked a bit different i can see the two being lovers, But if anything she proable loves the family enough to show care. Meh
