There are a few sporadic posts of people not only seeing the game but being able to purchase it as well - mostly from Canadian Walmarts.  I still have my doubts on the authenticity so if you have seen the game in stores or been able to purchase it already, post when and where (not the exact store location, just the city) and show a screenie as proof!

The best buy where I live has it, they say, but they refuse to sell it to me despite my ample charm. The woman on the phone was immune. In fact, she laughed at my dismay. I told her she was mean and she laughed all the harder.



Anyway, I'll have the game by 10 am CST on tuesday.

I thought of that, but with sexual harrasment laws and the inherent restraints of being on the phone while talking to her, proved too difficult to overcome. 

Also, I recently grew a beard, for no other reason than because I can, so I thought about mentioning the fact I have a beard. You know, something like "I know you can't see the majestic glory that is "The Beard" but I assure you I have one. What say you now? Do you still refuse "The Beard"?"

But she would have probably asked me to prove it and I'll be damned if I leave the house on my day off. Or she would have more likely laughed at me more. My ego hurts.

Yeah I kinda agree with the above. For me, being true nerd as I am, used to LOVE seeing the big ass manuals that came with the Baldur's Gate games. They were just so information and just generally a good read. If that is the manual in the picture...yeah, it's a bit sad, but with everything going electronic these days...unsurprising.
