Ok I going to try Soloing Hard Mode. I just have a quick question.

I going to be playing a Elf Mage AW/BM. I just wanting to know what are some good Skills and Spells to pick.

I tier of making a person and picking the wrong Spells and playing a other fews hour and find out I mess it up.

BTW I WILL NOT USE ANY NPC HELP OR SKILLS.

Coercion (I don't think I need it) But if any good plz tell me why)
Combat Tactics (I do not need I soloing)
Combat Training (Does anyone know if the low level spell like Fireball can be interrupt? or is it just the spell like Inferno with them like 2-3 sec to cast)
Herbalism (I do not know I can heal but havin alot of healing items & mana item is good)
Poison-Making (Maybe so I can put them on my weapon) Can anyone tell me does it take a slot on the weapon for it to work?
Stealing (I think pointless if you not going to a high level with)
Survival (Pointless for me)
Trap-Making (Well maybe I could be good)

If you know any good Skills or Spells for solo I would be happy to know them.   Please tell me why they are good I kind of new to this kind of gameplay.

Let's see,

Coercion, thsi one is good only for your dialogue options conserning persuade and intimidate, so at least 1 point in it is always worth it, there are even achievements to get if u get trough 5 or more intimidate or persuade attempts, also handy to get your companions to open up faster i think.

Combat Tactics. i agree, sucks anyway.

Combat training: in think its only the cast bar spells, but i'm not completly sure. nontheless, 2 points in in for the mana regen boost is always handy if u don't have anything else to spend them on.

Herbalism: from all the item creation skills, the most needed in my opinion, since u always need health and mana pots, as wel as injurie kits.

Poisonmaking: only take it if u would like to use the poisons and bomb flasks, and lol, it does not take a slot, u just use it and your weapon is enchanted with it for 30 sec or so, just check your buffs/debuffs, you also see a visual effect on your weapon couse of it(most of the time it looks like a green mist on your weapon) the bomb flasks just are handy if u are out of mana, and are handy early on, but have a short range,(just outside melee range) see keept hat in mind.

Stealing: i only tried it once myself, but u mostly get small stuff with it though i have heard some characters carry some nice stuff that u can only steal from them.

Survival: if u are gonna solo the game, this might come in quite handy, since u see what enemys await in the next room, not to mention the nature res bonus(80 when u take all ranks)

Trapmaking: to prepare an ambush they might be quite handy, altrough the glyph spells might be more effective. since i don't think that the traps do much damage unless u go deep in the skill.

As for spell builds, Look up Colma's nightmare arcane warrior topic on this forum. should help u.

Hope this helps! good luck!
