I would have to go with- Bed Isabela, as often as possible (she seems to be the most fun), marry no-one (been down that road before), kill Anders & Merrill, raise them from the dead and kill them again, then rinse and repeat !!

I would bed Bethany, if she wasn't my sister, and I would kill Carver.

I would keep "Lady Man-hands" (Aveline) around as a friend because shes really good in a fight and the same for Varric.
