This is the second time I've played through the game (The last time being a year ago) and I didn't receive the Grease the Wheels quest. I've checked all the Blackstone Irregulars boxes I could and it was nowhere to be found. When I talk to the couriers they ignore me, what the frick? Btw I'm on Xbox 360 with Ultimate Edition.
Grease the wheels gone?

Did you defend Redcliffe from the undead attacks? If you did, after the undead raids are over, a Blackstone irregulars guy should be standing outside the Chantry, where you get the quest.

You only get it from the board in Redcliffe, and only if you save the town from the undead attack. It won't spawn on any other boards.
