I killed Loghain in the landsmeet, and chose Allistar to be king. I go to redcliffe, and when talking to people in the castle, they talk to an invisible Loghain who also responds to them. Then when I go into my bedroom after talking to the grey warden (who also talks to dead-invisible-Loghain), Morrigan is waiting for me, but she is in my party too, so there are 2 character models of her but only 1 does the cutscene. I say no to her crazy plan, she leaves, a cutscene loads up. It shows all the armies leaving to battle, and then the next scene is the Lady Girl suited up in Red armor giving some speech to troops, at that point just after she says gaze upon the darkspawn I get kicked out of the cutscene and into that area standing among the troops and her.
There is nothing I can do here. One time I got kicked out into a different spot beside Arl Eamon and the Grey Warden guy who talked to me as if I were in the castle and should get some sleep. I feel I should also mention that Morrigan has not left and is standing with me and my party, and two members have mysteriously leveled up while not being close to a level before at all and still having the same experience (Wynne and Allistar).
I tried changing out my party, to not include Morrigan, Allistar, or Wynne, which is the group I have been playing with the whole game, and discover that when I go to change no one else joins my party and it just ends up being me running around by myself. Loading all the way back to just after clearing the Alienage does the same thing.
So I can't get past this spot to get to the final battle.
Is there any way to force through the console into the final battle? I'm pretty frustrated after having put like 40 hours into this character only to not be able to complete the final hour of the game.
Am I going to have to start over?
The inivisble talking thing also happened during the Deep Roads, which was the last area I did. Ohgren never joined my party but he was talked to during the cutscenes there.
