I gave her the black grimore but the quest to kill flemeth won't trigger?
Is there a way to fix this?
I left the camp and came back still nothing.

You might need higher approval, or you might need to have completed one of the treaties. I can't check what's required for the quest to trigger since I'm not at home, but I *think* the quest won't trigger at all if the Landsmeet has been called by Eamon (Flemeth doesn't show at her hut after this stage in the game IIRC).

Just adding to what Shadow of Light Dragon said... Did you give her the first grimoire (from the Circle Tower) before she asked? I've read that can cause a possible bug where she won't start said quest. (has to do with approval not being high enough for her to ask for it, IIRC)

[Edit]: *cough* You asked for a possible fix, didn't ya?   Well, hopefully you've got a save from before you gave it to her.  Just reload and try to get her approval up high enough that she asks for it.  After said reload/approval hiking, you could also try taking her to the Circle Tower and talk to her there.  That's how I always trigger it.  (avoids the aforementioned possible bug, too)

(If she *did* ask for it already, and the quest just isn't updating... well, I've got nothing.  Sorry. )
