When I started a new game in Mass Effect 2, there was Miranda talking with Iliusive Man, so in that screen  appeared black borders at the top and bottom of the screen. I thought it have to be like that, so I don't pay attention to that and continue playing. In game when I went to speak with Iliusive Man for first time, these borders appeard again. They appeard and when I started first mission, but when I speak in-game with Miranda or Jacob, there are no such borders.

So my question will be, how to remove these borders ?

What's your aspect ratio? Unless you're playing in widescreen you get letterboxes now and then.

My aspect ratio is standart, not widescreen, 4x3

The game was designed for widescreen so in dialogue and cinematics you get letterboxes. The cinematic director had widescreen in mind and I believe 4:3 in the Unreal Engine actually shows you more instead of less. I assume they don't want to show you what happens above and below the intended widescreen image in cinematics.

As far as I know there is no mod for this.

Dam, but I think the last time when I played the game, there was no such borders, everythink was in fullscreen :/ and my computer havent changed since.
