Most of these suggestions don't require real development, as in, new models and textures.
Just a bit of mapping.


Remember, that dev resources were so taxed in ME2 with finishing the critical path, that a second studio (montreal) was required to create sidequests, and even small things like Kelley Chambers were considered too difficult. She was technically cut from the game, and only included last minute because team members worked on her in their own personal time.

All these ideas are great, and in an ideal world, with unlimited time and money, i'd love all of them to be in the game. But finishing, polishing and really perfecting the critical path will always take dev priority over the small, world building things like squadmates interacting, etc.

But y'know, we can be hopeful, right? I do really like the ideas, and if they DO get time, then nearly all the ideas would be awesome.

This times a million. I actually passed something similar along in a PM to Jesse Houston a few months back. Obviously I knew it wasn't going to accomplish much (and I made sure he knew, too, so he didn't think I was delusional) but he enjoyed reading what I drummed up and that's more than enough for me.

I proposed that we see some of this on hub worlds after potentially preventative storyline elements are cleared up and you're more free to just wander at your leisure. Catching up with Thane while he purchases sundries alongside a chatty Kasumi. So forth.

Captain, I spotted a contradiction there... (and also why designers shouldn't listen to every single thing fans want)

Anyway, I'd like all doors to be unlocked from the beginning. I'm the captain of the ship, so why can't I walk around freely on my own ship unless I have someone sitting in each room?

But do you Like it that much when you past 30 ? Dont You want a car? Something Like a Hammer or Bugatti? No ?

I also want atleast one Volus who I can have conversations with and discuss how they continuously get screwed out of political affairs. He would naturally replace Joker as the person to speak to for comedic relief because they are  funnier and much wittier to speak with.

Two more additions:

- Actual holding cells, Miranda mentions putting Jack in them in ME2 but they don't exist. Could be a good place for a nice interrogation scene.

- A comms room separate from the briefing room, where representatives from the species you're allied with can stay in contact with their fleets and Shepard can learn about their status etc. (similar to in DA:O)

No black & red color scheme please, it will look too aggressive. I'd much rather prefer Navy blue (in combination with other fitting colors).

toucher,those Upgrade will make Normandy the ULTIMATE SHIP for the final final game but i'm supirse this thread is not sticky lots of good points here.

I would love to see several of the proposed upgrades/changes to the Normandy but for me, my request is more cosmetic. As has already been stated, my biggest request is that the hideous yellow be done away with in favor of red. I would really like to be able to customize the interior/exterior colors of Normandy but I understand this option may not be totally realistic. At least get rid of the yellow and Cerberus logos! SR2 is already an AWESOME platform to build on rather than giving us a completely new ship.

If Kasumi still has a place on the ME3 Normandy, I'd like to see a unique piece of art from a mission or hub world - a painting or sculpture, noticeable but plot-insignificant - that shows up later in her quarters.

Master thieves like to redecorate too. ;)
