Inter-crew fights. Religious reasons, some guy being a ****, or someone cheating on someone with someone else, love-polygons, ideal and philosophy fights. Creates tension. More fun.

A lounge room - Have crew appear there when they are "off duty", each team member should do different activities sometime combining them (like playing video games, drinking, playing chess)
Install a vehicle that will be used for space combat
Battlestations mode for the CIC
Every major room as at least one thing to do in it

Make the galaxy map less cluttered. If something needs your attention show the cluster circle/system name as a different color or make it flash or something. That means doing away with those permanent nametags and mission lists that can obstruct your view too. How about having them pop up in a list when you scroll over them or something?

That is what I'd vote for.

Yes to battle mode in CIC lights change maybe?

NO to fishtank and model ships both are useless

NO ro blk and red color scheme I'd like to make my own interior primary and secondary colors or go Alliance blue or spector tone colors

I want the outside of the ship to look like it is actually moving rather than just a 3d skybox background.

I remember this really annoyed me for some reason. Whenver I'm talking with Samara, I look outside, and I feel like the Normandy isn't actually in space; instead it's like I'm in a model ship in a Hollywood studio room, looking out to a tall black sheet painted with stars that's moving horizontally by two unseen stage crew guys rotating some lever to keep it going, like what you see in some plays. ...... :innocent:  (ehhh, what is that called exactly?)

Plus a platoon of marines would make some sort of sense, even without boarding actions. The SR-1 was a smaller ship and it had marines on it. Heck, I'd like to be able to customise(as a whole platoon/squad) their kit to a degree. ME 3 has us seeing open war against the Reapers, give me fighting men, I'll win us the war.

I am not sure what Platoon strength is in the ME universe but i say a compliment of 12 marines you can call on like support.  These are seprate from the Sentries that would patrol the decks of the ship.  they would be customizable to a degree for example Light, Medium, or Heavy armor.  You could decide what weapons they take out for example 12 men 6 riflemen, 4 Shotguners, and 2 snipers.  Or something like that and since they are part of the crew you can customize their uniforms colors so they look like your men and not just some random squad of bafoons.  Nontheless +1 for me

Let's go for the lower limit of platoon strength and call it 30 men of three 10 men squads, broken down to 5 men fire teams.  3 sergeants per squad plus one ASL for the other fire team (mostly irrelevant since it's the higher strengths we're working on anyway). One heavy weapon per squad(whatever heavy weapon Shep has access to would make sense, but even that is generous so let's call it Missile Launcher or maybe a HMG) and perhaps they can be deployed on a sector basis (seeing as Earth has been pwnt by the Reapers, something like Squad Alpha to London to carry out X mission like in AC : Brotherhood). Success leads to a 'liberated' sector/%towards liberation + a survivor count + resources/intelligence/something useful/reputation.

Open musing. What does the community think of something like this? As unlikely as it is to be implemented of course.
