Weak Points: 
I'm level 32 and have come across a very annoying issue with Weak Points, a talent I was really excited about using.  Not only is it not working as intended (stacking dmg debuff), it is actually applying a stacking buff to the mobs.  My first backstab will hit for normal dmg (250'ish), then the second (225'ish), then the third (200'ish), then 180'ish.  
Has anyone else encountered this bugged weak points?  I've searched and not found anything about it, which makes me wonder if its a mod doing it, but I use so few it doesn't seem likely.
So for now I just don't use it, but would love to be able to.

Well if someone with Awakening could test this out on their own and see I'd appreciate it.

Basically, from the way I understand Weak Points, it should make your first hit be normal dmg, but it lays a dmg debuff on the mob which causes the next hit to increase by x%, rinse and repeat and it stacks and when attacking the same mob (yellow or higher needed to test it adequately) for more than 2-3 hits, it should be a noticable increase from one attack to the next.

It definitely should not cause the dmg of each subsequent hit to decrease by a constant %.

You know, the new skill Find Vitals also seems bugged, so don't be surprised that some awakening skills don't seem to work

Ahh yes, I see that now. Well it appears there is a mod fix for Find Vitals on Nexus, so at least I can fix that, but it doesn't appear there is any recourse to this Weak Points problem.

Rogue seems to be killed badly in awakening =(
Mage and warrior are both pretty fine.

Well its just the bugginess. With -.02 and +critmod runes and 130'ish cunning, I have a 96% hitrate and, on paper, would be doing around 600dps - which is patently insane.

I'm just doing this run through on Hard and even without Weak Points I shred through any boss with too much ease, but I am a min/max'er by trade, as a result of being a DPS lead for my old wow guild for a few years when I used to play. So its just irksome that they've left Rogues so buggy in a major release. I like to squeeze every drop of DPS out of my characters =p

A little update, however, is that I believe I observed the decreasing damage curve last night without Weak Points activated. First hit was 354, next 318, 282, 247. Thats almost a perfectly linear -10% downtrend. So I intend to start trying to hone in on exactly what is causing it to happen, but it may prove difficult as it is definitely not happening on every encounter.
