Are you on the german site? I know it sounds like a stupid question, but the games are broken up into regions. I figure the code is as well. Especially since the code is just the UPC if I recall write.

If you are, try a forum search. I bet this has happened before.

There's a social.bioware.de ??? I wasn't aware of anything like that... And yes I did try searching. I do recall others having issues registering ultimate edition. Not sure what the solution was since the search here isn't all that good. :(

I'd just assume there was a .de or something for the European region. Maybe there isn't.

Are you clicking the UE? Last I looked it was towards the bottom. There's a DA:O then there's a DA:O UE register. Are you using the UPC and inputting all numbers? Try with all the numbers, including the smaller ones, and without those smaller ones.

Since it's just the upc, go onto amazon.de (I guess that's the address) or someplace and copy paste the European UPC into the box here.

Other than that, you could try contacting technical support. Seems kind of strange.

Yeah I'm typing the full UPC number. I was able to register the collectors edition last year just fine. And ME2. Just Ultimate is causing issues. All 13 numbers entered and have issue.

Try cutting off the number at either end. The register area has it at 12 digits. The example I mean.

Hmm nope no luck. I do notice one other difference with the code. It has a '>' at the end after the 13 numbers(on the package).
