I've done all the side things to get this program to install. I have the Collector's Edition DVD. It won't install there. I used EA Download Manager. It won't install.

I've diabled Anti-VIrus, I've turned off background process. The game won't install.

I've done the work around where I drag and drop the files to my HD and use WinRAR to decompress. The game works, but my DLC won't--it can't be found and won't download because it won't be found. The cmd line work-around to get the DLC doesn't work. I uninstalled the game to see if the EA manager would work (I saved my save files). I shouldn't have to resort to work arounds or even go into DOS to make a game, five years in development, work.

I've put in a support ticket with the DA support three days ago attaching my DX.Diag. No response.

This is getting tiresome. Your installer has bugs. Why hasn't an updated version been found?

What else can I do?
