After downloading the Black Emporium DLC I went back to a save before the act 2 romance scene with Fenris, changed my character's appearance with the Mirror of Transformations, and went on playing as I had before. But when I got to the end of the "Bitter Pill" quest, I did not get the "Don't go" dialogue option that leads to the romance cut scene. I then went back to the same save and made all the same plot and dialogue choices without changing my appearance first, and the romance scene did work, so it seems that Fenris is just not romantically interested in a Hawke who has changed his or her appearance. Is this intentional or is it a bug?

I don't know if this happens with any of Hawke's other possible love interests. It was only the character that was romancing Fenris whose appearance I wanted to change.

I don't think it's intentional because that Mr. Priestly said that the mirror will "rewrite history". Can't help you with it though
