I can second the OP's post. I've registered my account, redeemed my code and linked DA II with said account only to find that the Black Emporium is not in my DLC section. What's more the Black Emporium shows up in my list of registered game content on this website. I feel as if I'm missing a simple solution, but I'm stumped...

Did you download and install the Black Emporium?
Unlike with Dragon Age: Origins, DLC for DA II is not downloaded from within the game, but must be downloaded from your entitlements page here on the Social Site and then has to be installed.

I've got both in my registered game content. Same error message. I'm assuming that I need to reinstall so I'll try that and then hopefully it works so I can play the game.

It says 'Unauthorized' when you look at your current DLC? Make sure you're logged in with the same BSN account as your account in the game (EA Online). If those are in fact the same, my suggestion is to contact EA customer Support and get them to reset the keys on your account.

I contacted them. Thanks for the answer. Turns out that my one email account which was hacked was used in Bioware and was banned. So I have to get that sorted out. Meanwhile, anything Bioware that is now EA cannot be played.
