got the same problem, hailing from Sweden. was on with EA live chat earlier today and they sure looked puzzled. the guy there actually had no damn clue as to why we can't get it, its apperantly many people having this problem and its pisses me off! Not only did we have to wai 2 weeks longer here in Europe to play the ps3 version everyone that bought the 360 version two weeks ago did NOT have this problem and as some has stated here its up to BUY in the store.. but oh we that got f*cked on the collectors edition we can just sit here and go "oh lalalalaa"

oh and btw, NONE of the codes that was sent along did work.. I could inpout them and they show up here on my profile page but NOT downloadable in the game itself.

I redeemed the code for the Stone Prisoner, but instead of getting the chance to download the Stone Prisoner, The Stone Prisoner simple disappeared from the DLC list. So know I have used the redeem code for The Stone Prisoner but I can not download it.



What to do?

Check your profile here on this site, u should probably have it activated during the promotiosn settings for the game..

Just mail EA like everyone else is doingm provide your code that is ****ed, your e-mail adress (used to log onto PSN) and your age (at least they told me to mail that to them)



and pray... I think EA is going for the worst f*ckup of the year right now

The Blood Armor and the Warden's thingy is at the PSN Store now.



This whole thing is a mess.. Who the hell came up with this?! There's so much DLC that I can't even keep track! Just include it in the ****ing disc! Seriously, this is the biggest mess I've seen in the industry for a long time. Kudos BioWare...

i also entered the codes: stone prisoner, wolf charm, blood armor and the ring...

ingame i only get the armor and the wolf charm, the stone prisoner and the ring isn`t available (and they both not in the DLC list anymore), but in bioware social network they all are listened ready in my psx3 acc... i prefer the PC version of this game, works fine with all DLCs and has much better graphics then PSX3...

U need to wrote to EA and give them your e-mail (same as you use on PSN and for you EA account)

the codes you have redeemed that has given you nothing

and your age



EA will use the information to control that you are not just trying to scam your codes.



Ive been in contact with them and my case is under investigation, ive even have talked to them thru live chat.

I would like someone from BioWare to give us some answers soon. And I see poeple saying not to blame BioWare, but EA. I blame them both. BioWare is who decided to have all this DLC at launch, which in my opinion shouldn't be there! They're just asking for it to be a mess with EA publishing it!

have to say....the silence is deafening. plus the fact that ea help is unaware of any issues. i'd like to know if anyone has got this working? i haven't seen any posts saying that their shale dlc is working.

would bioware please sort this problem out i too have entered codes for memory band from amazon and also the shale dlc and it hasnt updated further more its decided to say these codes are no longer valid!!

I don't care who is making the problems. I just want them fixed, and I want to know, 1: that they are working to fix it and 2: when it will be fixed.



I wrote EA Denmark (I am from Denmark) and was auto-replied, and told to have extra patience because they are having a lot of problems with Sims 3, so they have to go through their **** ups with Sims 3 before they get to the Dragon Age problems. I am sorry, but that is simply not good enough. This exact DLC (the Stone Prisoner) is quite a game changer, because it gives you a party member that will alter the gaming experience.

yeah ive bought wardens keep since obviously we need to pay for it if we want that piece, however I too was getting the same 'shale' disappearing from list then after redeeming shale code again (or trying to ) it said code already been used. So i went to psn store and clicked on stone prisoner clicked confirm hoping it would of shown as free . It didnt even ask for my card details and ive been billed 11.99 GBP i want that 11.99 back asap since ive got my unleash the fury of shale code card to prove it. (bought new from amazon.co.uk)

well i have sent EA a support ticket and hope to recieve a response soon if and when i do recieve a response i will leave a message here to say what they said to me! i dont know why they cant just admit they messed up ps3 version for codes!

Hey guys... first time on this forum. I'm from Australia - just wanna let you guys know that the Stone Prisoner (Shale) DLC code also didn't work for me. When I put in the code the first time nothing happened; when I put it in again it just says it is an invalid code. However the Blood Dragon Armor code worked for me.

Same here, I have a PS3 from Ireland and I have 4 codes. Stone, amour, and two pre-order items.



I got only one item and the amour but not the stone mission nor the other item (ring).



Did anybody find a solution?

I just had the same problem, only one of the rings codes worked, the Prisoner download vanished from the DLC list, PSN store is still asking for money for it.
Also the code for the 3 collectors edition items are not working either.
The only thing that worked flawlessly  was the Blood Dragon Armor.

Yet they all show up on my redeemed items section of my profile....Sure as heck aren't in my game lol
