No. Cross-class items (my term) are: Defender of the Wall, Volcanic Shield, Void's Hammer, Allure's Crook, Corrupted Acolyte Staff. They will become class-restricted, as intended.

No idea, but I'm pretty sure the devs can make the changes retroactive in this case.
