You want to do this to one of Sheps's few remaining frends, but want to marry the woman who wanted to implant Shepard and worship the man who betrayed Shepard (oh, and is now trying to kill him, as well as all those murders, tests and tortures he's responsible for)?

Anderson betrayed My Shepard when he sent spies to spy on him on horzion and when he spoke to him about it there was no real way to get even .  You dam right My Shepard wants to marry Miranda.  He has to pay for his actions from 2 . Bioware robbed My Shepard of any real rvenege in 2 . He may be a friend to your Shepard but he is a enemy of mine and will be dealt with one way or another.

Will you cry if/when this isn't an option? Or will you just not buy the game?

Going off of Zulu's pretty reasonable suggestion that the Exo-Geni project may have had Cerberus links, I am once again annoyed that killing the Thorian was a mandatory action for an arbitrary plot McGuffin.

Wow, that would have added a great dynamic to ME1. However theres one thing that I would modify in your scenario. I would make sure that in that reality, the Rachni Queen and the Thorian are naturally against one another. While you could be renegade and save the Thorian and Paragon for the Rachni Queen in ME1, I would hint that it would nigh impossible to have them both work with you when the Reapers come. More decisions, more variety, etc.

Whether you like him or not, it is idiotic to attack and kill a man who is not only fighting the reapers but is ,and has been from the start, supporting Shepard, putting himself in the line of fire.

Oh I have a reason to kill him. He turned his back on My Shepard. Bioware can write it any dam way they want to but in 3 if I have the chance to get even with him I will do it. Bioware screwed My Shepard out of working with Cerberus which has the same views as I do. You dam right Anderson and Hacket will suffer and pay a price for thinking My Shepard is a friend of the Alliance

The thing with RPG's is that although you can make a lot of choices in the game, they can't prepare for every little outcome a player wants to perform.  So although you may want to play as a psychopath, Bioware decided not to go that route which is why in each game Cerberus will turn on the player as we still have to follow the main plot points of the game.  Maybe some day games will evolve to the point where you can literally pick every little thing for the character to do, but right now we aren't at that level.  My point being that unless a big twist happens in ME 3, nobody's Shepard wants to kill either Hackett or Anderson atm regardless of what you or I may want them to feel.

Anderson didn't turn his back on Shapard in fact he's been defending him

Maybe you are more forgiving if someone sent spies to spy on you. but I am not  the type that forgives acts such as that .

First off, most of you aren't in the military, I think you should stop waving capital offence like it's your dong. I''m in the military, and I''m pretty sure saving the world over the interests of your country goes beyond what a soldier is trained to do.
Second, who are you pathetic humans to judge the actions of one man, maybe there are things a bit bigger than the Alliance and Cerberus at stake here.

First, I don't think you're in anyone's military, but I don't care. Second, you're a fangirl. Third, I'd like to reciprocate your "second." Maybe there are things a bit bigger than cpt. Anderson's sack at stake here...

Anderson's boring, but I hate Udina's attitude. I'd rather hate a character than think they're boring. More, while Udina is quick to advance himself, I think he and Anderson both want human presservation.

Oh I disagree with one thing. I am sure there are those  who plays ME either plays it if they were really Shepard or in that same postion in real life .  Your Shepard may not want Anderson or Hacket dead but My Shepard wants them dead along with the Alliance.

Yup, we already know - why do we know - because you've already told us already - over and over again.

Do you rock back and forth in your chair mumbling the same thing to yourself over and over again?

And I understand that, but my point is that a line has to be drawn somewhere: Bioware just can't account for every different personality variable.  I may want my Shepard to be.... uh... a flamboyant hipster, but that doesn't make him one.  And judging from all the in-game dialouge with Anderson and Hackett, even renegade choices, Shepard shows nothing but respect and friendly-ness towards them.  Similiar to how you're forced to be BFF's with Liara in LOTSB, they just can't account for every little variable people might want to shape their Shepards.

I understand and agree they can not make a game like that. It just pissed Me off that the choices on how to respond were not what I would say. So I must find a new way of getting even

Lets get one thing clear I do not like terrorist groups. I am a fan of Cerberus and its ruthless aggressive way of getting the job done no matter what it takes . I am also a pro humanity person when it comes to Aliens Vs us humans. In ME 1 the aliens of the Galaxy treated us humans like utter Sh*t . You dam right My Shepard wants humans to dominate the galaxy. The aliens treated us like garbage and now its pay back Cerberus's pro human idiology agrees with Me. I do not like the alliance it has no interest in humanity and its survival.

Can it be because humanity in Mass Effect is so titanically stupid, they deserve to be treated like dirt? Oh, yes. Yes it is.

And trying to preserve humanity while wanting to wipe out its greatest military force is the greatest oxymoron I've ever heard of in my entire life.

Everybody in Mass Effect is titanically stupid, including even TIM. But some (including TIM) are less titanically stupid and some (including the old Council) are more titanically stupid. And the absolute heavy weight champions in titanic stupidity are the Quarians (including Tali).

@ Extreme One:
You need to chill out about the Alliance. They have to maintain their public image and outsource the most decisive action to certain black ops outfits. But Anderson has to resign after his treason. He is not Alliance any more.

In that case My Shepard has no problem with him I thought he was still with the pathetic alliance . well I knew the alliance was to good get their hands dirty with war so no wonder the outsource it. But I still want the total destruction of the alliance

Not to mention Miranda wanted to put a control chip in your head.  She talked about it like it was a normal thing that people at Cerberus just "did."

Also, no matter how badly you want to be a psycho who rages on anyone you feel does you wrong, Shepard simply isn't that.  He's a hero - plain and simple.  Even the renegade is a good man, just not a nice man.  So sorry you're trying to play a completely different game than what is actually going on.

Oh I'm sorry, do you all Anderson haters hate Anderson? He is one of the few characters who supports shep throughout. Granted he is pro Aliance but what else can he be? In ME1 he either takes a bullet for you or risks a court marshal at least in order to stop Saren and is put into a very delicate position in ME2 if he is counsellor or not. I think he will be a great help in ME3 regardless of your persuasion so keep him on your side if poss.

yeah keep buying into the myth that Shepard is a hero . No the game I am trying to play is one that says My choices will matter and at the end of 2 My Shepard made a choice . I want bioware to make choice matter in the game . If it does not matter then fine. but don't start spewing out sh*t saying oh your choices from ME 1 and 2 will have a impact on 3. when the biggest choice of 2 has no impact based on the GI article. Cerberus and TIM as well Miranda have fans and Its high time Bioware listen to us. They listen to Liara and Ashley and kaiden fans why aren't they listening to us. Your Shepard may be a hero but My Shepard will be humanity's hero for destroying the collectors and reapers
