If you're interested in this, a Game of Thrones PW is in development. It will apparently feature entirely new classes, which is great because I think D&D classes fail to capture the essence of most characters in A Song of Ice and Fire (or indeed most fantasy works).
Most PWs would not allow to play the roles of great lords (it is just too unbalancing to be enjoyable) but Ned would undoubtedly be a Noble and perhaps a Commander as well.
