JabbaDaHutt30, which makes no sense. Lothering was destroyed pretty early into the events of DA:O. Which would mean the Darkspawn would not have advanced much farther by the time Hawke and family were escaping.

But this DA2 we are talking about, so never mind.

If the horde was as far as Lothering, then surely the immediate north of Lothering could be cut off pretty easily?

Gwaren actually lies south-east from Lothering... It's south, in a sense, but not completely south.

And now I shall leave before I find out that I'm completely wrong and get bashed for my comment.

I also like how he says they are fenced in, which would mean there are darkspawn no matter where they go.

Making going south pointless, it's not like the darkspawn don't leave behind some of their own then they march on.

I see this thread is dying without my art. Very well. I have created something new for this thread because you poor peasants can't. Well actually, Bioware asked me to create the new concept art for Anders in DA3. They are redesigning him like they did with the Qunari and Isabella. They told me how they wanted him to look and I made this for them:




They loved it.
