     I've downloaded and installed this DLC, but I never got the mission in-game. I really talked it up with Liara, but no option about the Shadow Broker mission start. I'm at the part of the game where you attack the Collector home base, so I definetly waited long enough for that mission to actually 'enter' the game. Please help.

try to re-install it. If it works you will receive a message and Journal entry after completing Horizon. (should appear right away for your game)
