Personally i think the worst thing you can do in this game is take the soveriegns and leave your cousin to be *raped* in the city elf origins quest, seriously, that ratse as the worst thing

what do you think are perhaps some of the worst choises you can make in the game and why?

Opening up Golem production again is also pretty awful.

While not as bad, the "alternate" armies (Templar, Werewolves, Golems) all have you do some pretty terrible stuff.

If you're Catholic follow the Chantry, pouring the Dragon's blood on Jesus Joan of Arc Andraste's ashes and betraying the trust of the spirits of the apostles apostles themselves to empower Satanists heretics the dragon cult is also pretty horrendous.

Well yes. You are already too late. But I still agree that taking the sovereigns and letting them have their way with Shianni and the others is one of the most heartless things you can do in this game.

And I think that defiling the sacred ashes is pretty damn evil too. Not as heartless or cruel, just plain evil.

i know what you mean, i played my city elf as a female, and just the thougt of taking the bribe disgusted me. I felt vindicated killing him, and i really want to try do the evil deed... but i dont think i can

I really should play that origin as a female once. I've done it multiple times as a male now, but I assume as a female it'll be quite a different experience. I should just make one, purely for the origin.

Take the bribe and sell the elves into slavery instead of freeing them?

Also, I felt pretty bad about getting the werewolves to slaughter all the elves, including the ones that I had brought together to allow love to flourish. :crying: Also, you leave the werewolves cursed forever.

Or use blood power from tevinter slaver to increase your life from the death of all the slaves ?

Anyway, selling your cousin to the noble for some sovereign is really heartless. If you are not from elf city origin, you can found the noble alive, later in a cell of his castle. There is an option to kill him. Unlucky guy, I did the elven origin on another char. Quite funny.

I just abandoned him. Even though my Mage had no prior history with him, just knowing him from the City Elf origin made me biased, and he didn't exactly sound nice to me. So...

Even the doges in the cages.

Killing Connor and beat his mother down who tries to protect her son is also pretty heart breaking.

Those actions are just meant not to be taken.

Sell your friends & cousin to the noble scums. That's the lowest of low action you could take.

Heartbreaker? Defeat Connor & have her mother 'finish' it. Cut-scene shows your party waiting outside. That is just...sad & wrong.

How about letting the mother die through Blood magic and than making a deal with the demon anyway.  It's what I did.

If you side with branka for the anvil of void, you can ask to transform Ogrhen as a golem. But she said she can't, even if she appreciate the offer. It was quite funny to ask anyway.

About heartless choice, I also remember a templar, wich is a pet for a desire demon. She makes him think it's his wife, and he seems happy. She offer to leave, with him, telling you he is happy, and she enjoy to feel what mortal mortal feel. If you agree on letting her go away with the templar (and probably kill him latter, and do the same thing to another guy), surprisingly leliana agree with you. She say something like "he seems... happy".

"Werewolves"

Actually, this isn't true. You cna side with the werewolves, and everyone ends up happy. One of the few times in the game where you can end up pleasing both sides of the arguments.

Not if you slaughter all the elves to side with them.

Oh come on, that's actually every man's secret fantasy, ya know?  That is, as long as the evil witch is hot.  Oh yeah, and she takes the child away with her, and doesn't demand any child support...
