Hey,
Just curious if anyone else has actually recieved thier full zip hoodies yet?
I ordered one over 3 weeks ago (along with about 8 other items) and my order is still pending. I contacted support over a week ago and was told there was a mix up in the hoodie size labeling and that my order would ship that day and I would receive shipping information in 24 hours.
I messaged them again two days ago and haven't recieved any kind of response yet.
Just wondering if this is my order, or if everyone is experiencing the same thing.

I ordered mine during the pre-order stage, about the middle of March, along with three other items. It arrived about April 4, along with everything else. I can't speak for anyone else, obviously, but I did indeed get mine, so 'tis one vote for it perhaps being something special with yours...

I received my hoodie a few weeks ago. I had it pre-ordered as well.
