What silly/ just curious question would you most want the writers to answer?

if not what is the statue a depiction of? will we see this cerberus beast in a later game, or dlc?
2.) do the chasind and barbarians south of fereldan have mages, if so how are they treated in comparison to the mages of Thedas?
and will we ever go beyond the borders of Thedas? like maybe the Urthemiel Plateau? or the Frozen wastes?
3.) How far do the deep roads go? do they cover all of Thedas, or do they just go really, really deep in central thedas. We're told ogre's are made from qunari broodmothers, and if just one was alive then that would allow many ogre's to be born, but do the deep roads go into par vollen and seheron, or did the darkspawn acquire qunari women from rivaini and what not.
4.) How long do darkspawn live? In particular broodmother's, and how do broodmother's move when their so big and are like... rooted into the ground with tentacles?

How does Sandal use runes to cast magic spells (like killing the Darkspawn in the Deep Roads)? I never understood that...
For Origins: there's power in lyrium that he's tapping into.
For DA2: Not Enchantment.

3) Exactly how far have the qunari advanced in technology, and are they continuing to do so? Will we ever get to see them breaking out the big guns, so to speak?
They have cannon but throw spears.....
....I'd like this answered too. The Qunari seem very contradictory. They have crazy nerve gas and cannons. But they lack full body armor, throw spears, and have a crude design for their weapons not too far from the Darkspawn designs.
Well, cannons are not a particularly difficult thing to create - I mean, at its simplest it's just a tube that shoots rocks - and were historically around long before anybody figured out how to make firearms, so that doesn't surprise me. Throwing spears and not wearing armor seems to speak more towards qunari ideas of battle (they seem to prefer going at it beserker style, which explains why the women aren't warriors).
The gas? **** if I know. A wizard did it, the same guy who created Nova 6.
Mostly I'm just hoping we get a siege of Constantinople or siege of Vienna moment with the qunari at some point in a DA game.

How do Qunari dreadnoughts look? If I hear dreadnought, I always think about big ships made out of metal. But that would probably be to advanced, compared to what the other cultures in Thedas call "ships". I mean... seriously... are these dingys we see at the docks what they talk about if they mention "ships"?
Ships of the Line, presumably, the really big first-raters. 2,000 ton displacement, 100+ guns, three gun decks, the works.
These being the qunari, I wouldn't be surprised if it's sized up to a super first-rate (such as the USS Pennsylvania, which carried 140 guns on the three decks).

Well....if there really was one Qunari ship after the Siren's Call....then there were over two hundred Qunari on that dreadnought.
Well, the big ships did have very large crew compliments. The ones from Nelson's era had on average over 800 crew. That's a few hundred years after the era DA models itself after but any ship that calls itself a dreadnaught is still going to have a very large crew.

I thought the same. I was just irrtated by the term "dreadnought".
I'm still asking myself: Are the ships at the docks, what people from Thedas call ships? I just can't imagine Isabela standing at the bow of such a little dingy, proudly pulling into the harbour while her ship sinks, Jack Sparrow style.

Those little wooden boats we see at the docks are very, matchbox, looking. Although, the Endeavour was only 32 metres long. I'm not sure you could fit 200 Qunari in that - have to stack them sideways.
Eh, that was a little stream of consciousness. I am curious to see a Qunari ship though - one day perhaps....

Now, I don't mean questions to further your agenda of "Why the Qunari should have been all GREEN and THE LORE IS WRONG ACCORDING TO ONE CODEX, WRITERS!". Yes. I made up an agenda to avoid insulting anyone. But I mean, okay, seemingly things that PROBABLY won't come up with DAIII that you just would have liked to know. Since we don't know what will be in DLC, well, maybe the question IS something the writers will answer. Still, for me it has to be one of the following:
1) Anders' real name. YES. I know it doesn't -matter-. But since Gaider told us it was just a nickname and I was allabout it, I've wanted to know. Just because Anders fits him SO WELL that it's hard to imagine him without another name. On the other hand, I'd love to find out his name was like really Horrence (well, no, not really, but it'd explain why he thought Ser Pounce-A-Lot actually was a 'good name'.)
2) What the heck did Fenris hope was in that chest in Bait and Switch?!? I know it's pretty irrelevant and it's likely that it was something to do with his past and he hoped an answer was there. But it seems awfully limited what could be concretely in a chest. And I also know the writers know what was in the chest even if they never plan on revealing it to us. Because it's his introductory quest and he has that trailing "I had hoped..." and that's so obviously a ploy to make us curious about Fenris. So we get curious, learn more about him... but never what he had hoped was in the chest. I'd love to just be told. It may be irrelevant and tiny, but that chest has become Pandora's box now!
So, what about the rest of you? Wondering where Sebastian sleeps normally? Curious about where the heck Sandal's bedroom actually IS since we only see Leandra's and Hawke's? Wondering if Fenris really has that many break ins to constantly have a fresh corpse by his door that was NOT there in the first quest in that mansion so it wasn't that he just didn't clean up, it was that he had apparently killed someone else there during that time.... ? What's your silly question? No judgements in the thread. I figure this way, we can also answer people who have have a question that the writers HAVE answered, because sometimes they get scattered to the wind and only those who happened to catch that thread that day know the answer.
If the Qunari invaded the Anderfels, would the grey wardens fight against them due to them apparently being the primary leaders and break their neutrality doing so?
Would the Qunari allow the grey wardens to continue to exist under the qun?
Who has more power and influence The First Warden or The Divine?
Do the Templars have a primary ruler of the order besides their Knight Commanders?
Is Knight-Captain Cullen the Knight-Commander of Kirkwall now?

8. Have they developed a printing press?
16. Can women own property?
I'm pretty sure the answer to these two is yes.
They do have printing press, it's been confirmed by a dev in some other thread. Besides there are tons of books all over Thedas, it'd be odd if they were all manuscript copies.
As for women owning property. Well there are female Banns, I'm sure they own land and stuff.

There is printing. It was confirmed in game through a conversating between Aveline and Varric, where he swapped some bits between a Guard Recruitment poster and an advertisement for the Blooming Rose.

6. Did the Warden actually walk all over Fereldan or were there invisible horses?
There was mention in DAO at some point that people in Fereldan didn't have horses except occasionally for nobles. Horses were more of an Orlesian thing. There was also that awesome conversation between Zevran & Ohgren about little legs getting tired.

17. Assuming there's a concept of "Transgender" in that world, how do they fair in society?
There were a couple of trannies working in The Pearl & The Blooming Rose. I believe they were the "surprise me" specials. They seem to fairly open about same sex relationships so you never know.

I would think he is referring to the fact that in the opening Varric exaggeration Bethany has massive hooters and then they are a reasonable size for the rest of the game. If the woman started off with massive hooters like Isabela has then Varrics exaggeration would be wrecking ball size.

They pretty much are now. If Issy's cleavage was any bigger she would fall over every time she drew her daggers from the high centre of gravity.
