first, sorry about my english, I'm spanish.

well, I have
problems with the downloads of the stone prisioner and Warden's Keep. I use the code to
download the first one, but when i want to load a save with
this content, the game say me that my account have no permission to
load saves with this content.

whit the another download, i was
buy points with a credit card, and i was buy the content in-game, but
the download not start, i was restart the game, and the download (and my
points) was dissapear, now i haven't the points and i haven't the quest

somebody have the same problem?? any solution?
