Title Update 1.01 included over 100 fixes but we're already hard at work on the next one. If you're still experiencing any major issues after installing Title Update 1.01, please provide further information in this thread. That will help us plan and prioritize for the future.

Be aware that knowledge of an issue doesn't inherently mean that it will be fixed in the next patch. We still need to prioritize the issues list, reproduce the issue internally, and finally identify and implement a suitable fix. Not all bugs survive this process but we'll do what we can. The sooner we're tracking the issue, however, the sooner we can
begin that process.

This post will serve as a summary of all posts in this thread which I will (hopefully) be able to keep up to date indefinitely.

Last time, there were lots of 'does Bioware know X? it isn't on the major issues list!' threads and posts so I'm going to try to list every single issue that gets raised here in an effort to alleviate this feeling and show that, as I kept saying, we are aware of everything that gets brought up on BSN.

--------------

Current issues, post 1.01:

General Issues

- Import Issues (Awakenings; re: Approval levels)
- Import issue with Zevran, Alistair and Morrigan (all)
- Olaf's Armory - Chest is invisible. Can still be interacted with, you just can't see it. (Act 3)
Companion Issues

- Carver goes from Grey Warden to Templar in act 3 during Best Served Cold hostage scene
- Isabela doesn't switch to her alternate outfit after the romance scene (requires using makers sigh to fix currently)
- Companions lose upgrades when they switch outfits
- Fenris' Dog conversation (Black Emporium) is not firing
- Merrill's 'Mourning' quest at the beginning of Act 2 is auto-completing. This quest is not supposed to be in the game so for now just disregard the message about it. (it does not affect your game at all)
- Varric's 'Friendly Concern' conversation trees are not firing for any LI except Anders currently
- Sebastian Vael - Despite having friendship maxed, his companion power does not show as active on his Abilities page (the bonus is working, however)
- Anders' rivalry dialog doesn't trigger (friendship instead) during endgame after the 'chantry part'
- Anders' Tevinter chantry amulet turn-in does not give the appropriate reputation modifier when in a rivalry
Quest Issues

- 'Who Needs Rescuing' quest still broken
- 'Sketchy on the Details' doesn't clear from the journal upon completion
- During 'Demands of the Qun' Aveline's guards are aggressive if you go to the docks at night
Combat Issues

- Varric's Disorienting Shot doesn't disorient (for more than a split-second)
- Modal abilities that should be exclusive are stacking if you toggle two of them on quickly
- Hawke can become immune to Injury occassionally
- Magic Resist is affecting Haste (causing the duration to be shorter, essentially resisting your own buff)
- Issues with Gravitic Ring under certain circumstances
Playstation 3 Only Issues

Current issues that require new playthroughs (or older saves) in 1.01

- Slo-mo hawke (as well as other stat modifiers) are not retroactively fixed. The problem will not reoccur or get worse but whatever value you currently have will be stuck with you for now.
- Aveline's 4th upgrade (Favor and Fault) will not appear if you've already entered the area once in Act 3 before applying the patch

Sorry, that should have been editted out as it was only applicable for xbox and pc/mac currently. There is a retro-active fix for the Isabela (and other issues) in the works but you won't see it until the next title update.

As for the trophies, we're looking in to Epic and Supplier not working for some people.

We've seen some data coming in indicating that some users have received the Epic award without importing but as far as I can tell it's not a very good percentage. As I said, we're looking in to this as well as the supplier achievement to see what is causing the breakage for the affected users.

It was supposed to be fixed and based on all the forum feedback I've seen I would say it is. The buff itself was just what people were using as an indicator of the problem, it was not actually the bug.

In summary, based on all information I currently have, I would say that the Slo-Mo issue no longer occurs, regardless of the buff being on improperly.

Update:

(Good?) News! Due to a very helpful user who was able to provide me with some console saves I was able to track down the issue with Supplier. Apparently, when buying resources from The Black Emporium, if you EVER buy anything that's in a stack (>1) it will not count properly resulting in your trophy breaking. This includes trying to buy items in a stack 1 at a time. If there is only 1 on the shop, it will work just fine.

Again, the trophy fires when you reach 66 resources. So make sure if you're buying from TBE that you never buy anything that is in a stack. We're working on a solution now that we've pinpointed the problem.

Sorry, I addressed this at some point but it was probably on one of the other tech forums. Both Epic and Supplier are being heavily looked at and I'm doing my best to make sure there is not a patch without these working properly.

Luke or Rob: Can you give us any idea of a timeline for the next patch?

Nope. The process has way too many variables to give anything close to a timeline - I can tell you that we're locking down changes soon and moving in to full testing which is proceeded by cert process and then it goes live after that. As I've said before, the length of time it took from launch to the first patch is a somewhat rough estimation of the time the whole process takes, give or take a few weeks.

I am extremely disappointed at Bioware's efficiency in addressing the bugs , especially on the trophy. Makes me wonder.

It has already been 2 months and it seems like there is no news on the Epic trophy , at all. Despite of how the staff said they are looking into it .

It was one of the major reason why I kept replaying DA2 . I am extremely angry at the fact that many of my friends who started playing the game way later than me and already have obtained the Platinum trophy many weeks ago.

the epic trophy better be fixed. beat the game twice and no trophy. when it gets fixed it better just pop up because i dont want to do a complete third playthrough.

I'm not sure it'll pop up immediately upon patching. Try loading the post-campaign save from each playthrough. If that doesn't work you'll have to go back right before the last boss fight and do that again to be 100% sure. It definitely won't require you to go back any further than that.

i'm told that if you miss any resources in chapter 1 or 2 they ALL appear in the black emporium in subsequent chapters, so you don't even need to follow the guide for chapter 1 or 2 do you? because if you miss them, you can get them in the BE anyway
you only really to focus on getting them in chapter 3 right?

They are fairly expensive. Also, the bug was specific to buying item from BE: if they were ever in a stack larger than 1 it would essentially not count and break your counter. Once the patch comes out then yes, you can use BE in any way shape or form.
