When I look back at the last autosave for my character who finished the game, the save puts me at the gallows gate, and when i go through the gate, I have to fight Meredith again!  I am seeing other people who refer to Hawke being in his house after completing the game, but I don't have that.  I know I finished, because I got the cutscene at the end and saw the credits, but did my game not save???

That's odd. I have a post campaign save. If I load that I am in the house.

If you go to load a game there should be a post campaign autosave.  I don't know why yours might not have auto saved, what format are you playing on?.

Oh I should have mentioned I'm on PS3. I looked at my saves in the game and I don't see a post game save. Ugh!

I actually have the same problem.... Has happened on both of my seperate playthroughs.... Just thought that was normal.....

Play on a PS3 btw...

I am wondering if it's in the game saves data on the PS3 home screen and not in the list of saves ingame. I need to check that. Anyone know?

The game should put you in the Hawke estate after the credits roll where you can make a manual save at least.

Oh-oh. When the credits started, I shut the game down..... Guess I have to finish it agan.
