 I am running on a windows 7 comp, and every time I try to launch ME1, I get a message saying, ME2 configuration screen has stopped working, and the game won't start. Advice?

Hm... I remember I had that issue when I installed it onto a Windows 7 computer, but I can't remember how I fixed it. Try to download the patch 1.02  if you haven't already. It says it should fix the problem.
